Excellent family accommodation very near the centre

This was perfect accommodation for our family of 4 and a dog. Very close indeed to the town centre and we had no problems parking. We stayed at Xmas and really appreciated the decorations and gifts that were left. We visit relatives in Broughty Ferry a couple of times a year and would definitely stay here again.

The very pleasant & clean interior environment. The well kept back yard was really a nice touch! The fact that it was on one level & that it was a ground floor apt. You should play this fact up in the promotion information.

The bed in the bigger room tended to sink/roll toward the middle…..time for a new mattress or better support under the current mattress. This is a little thing, but the 2 cutting knives available wouldn’t slice butter. Sharpen them

Nicely renovated flat in good location, but missing attention to detail.

Nice location, newly renovated, good kitchen and bathroom. Xmas tree included :)

Flat was FREEZING when we arrived with our baby, with 10°C shown on the thermostat. It took 12hrs with all radiators on max in the house to heat-up. Seemed the property had been vacant for several days previously. Dirty dishes/glasses not properly cleaned. Tiny main bedroom didn't have space to put children's cot at side of bed.

Ferry Nice Stay

The location to bars, restaurants and shops was great, great walks all the way along the front. Lovely and clean and easy to access.

Only isuue was parking but we were aware of that.

Ferry Nice was really clean and comfortable with a great shower to wake you up in the morning! We both really enjoyed staying there during a recent trip to Dundee to see some of the local area during the Doors Open Day weekend.

Parking was challenging as it seems to be a busy area with only on-street spaces available, however there were spaces in nearby streets after a bit of hunting about. The property is near a railway line too, so if you're a light sleeper it might be worth taking some earplugs.

Lovely comfortable stay, good weather so garden was extra bonus.

Location was perfect Loved the seating are in the garden Comfortable beds Clean and bright.

No complaints at all Only 2 towels on arrival but this was remedied straight away.

Amazing apartment!!

This apartment had everything that you need. The apartment was nice and cosy and the wee ornaments in the livingroom just make it feel like home! Everything in the apartment was just so comfortable and the shower was so powerful. We will definately be back again!!

Lovely relaxing visit to Broughty Ferry in an extremely comfortable apartment

Location was great, bedding and towels were hotel standard. It was spotless and very cosy, as central heating was timed to come on (October visit)

Great flat in a super location

The flat was modern, comfortable and very well appointed with extra comfy beds! Great location, as it's close to both the shops and the front. Didn't use the outside space as the weather didn't allow it, but it would be nice to sit outside on a warm evening. Can't wait to go back!
