Great location, below average service!

The location is nice. It is in the VIP area of Nainital.

Staff and service is quite poor. You need to repeat yourself multiple times in order to get things done.

Good budget room, menu choice is limited and dis from Mall Road is a bit issue

View is good, room size is good, polite staff, clean room, waiter service is good. They will respond to your issue. Electric kettle was given

Menu could have been better, very less options and considering the dis from Mall Road, you need good menu Flush of separate toilet was not working Curtain covering the balcony was not working

very disappointed with unprofessional approach of staff and owner of the property

the property was clean and well maintained but there was no water in washroom during the stay and the staff was unable to provide any solution. the manager made sure that we paid the amount in advance so that we have no option of raising any dispute.

the washroom had no water supply in morning and as a family we were unable to get ready . they made us wait for 2-3 hours stating that there is some issue in water tank but later we found that there is no water in family rooms for last 2-3 days . the owner of the property also showed no interest in resolving the issue.

The calm and quiet atmosphere, far from the busy Mall Road, friendly staff, excellent food, mountain view from the balcony

We had to climb a lot for reaching the hotel from the Mall Road. The hotel authorities should hire a local taxi with charges for picking up the guests from the Mall road as it involves a lot of walking on everyday basis if somebody has no personal vehicle.

Nice and clean room, satisfying stay and breathe taking view from room balcony and common sitting area.

Nainital is a place of narrow roads, the road to reach this place (hotel) is bit tricky and might be inconvenient to some guests. Better travel with the driver if you are staying here. Nothing to complain about

Awesome stay although very short

Very quiet location far away from mad crowd. Super view from rooms. Friendly staff (ashish and sumit). Nikhil who runs the place gave us precise instructions to reach the place and how to get to snow view point. Very friendly

Had great time

Very good n helping staff , food and serving style was good, room was awesome with balcony view, I'd like the service overall.minor issue with washroom,got resolved quickly.
