Beautiful rooms and good location

Beautiful property and amazing location. Near to the parking and their restaurant is also good. Peaceful, quiet and full of greenery.

Superb experience.

Great location, and decorative (not artificial but natural flowers n plants)facade, beautiful surrounding, Courteous staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional specially the snow cladded mountains view. Room was clean, simple with excellent room service and in dinning area too. Food was really tasty special thanks to Mr Amit who always cooked super tasty food and value for money. Staff was attentive, polite and efficient. They guided well for sight seeing n local market too. Met the owner and the manager of the property who were really helpful. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

pathetic and also its away from road and there is no proper way of going in guest house..overall bad experience

only room is clean and downstair ambience is good

The restaurant food is excellent. Well priced. Fresh. The ambience, the greenery and landscaping makes the space wonderful.

The place does not accept cards for payments. That's a little limiting. The climb up to the place is a bit demanding; the entire path could be brought under their care and kept cleaner. It'll do wonders to their image. The flooring in the kid's room could be improved.

Property infrastructure is good. Staff was good. Food was delicious. Rooms were clean. Hot water was available throughout the day.

Property is bit far from the main road. (15 mins walk) Currently they only accept cash for the food, they should also accept payments in form of credit cards or upi as well.

Exceptional

The owner, the staff, the place, everything is perfect. The place has an amazing restaurant right in the campus and the food there is heavenly. We got 100% cooperation, support and help from every person in the place. We love it here.

The road to reach the place is dark and steep. Not ideal if people are carrying heavy baggage. The inside of the campus is beautiful, but the way to reach is inept. Also the place has no lift.

Everything about this guest house was amazing. The room was beautiful. We also had the balcony view. The food was great as well. The common living room area/garden was very calm and beautiful. Definitely staying here again the next time I visit Manali

Superb

The view of the hotel was good and the rooms were very neat. Owner was very cooperative and good behaviour.

The one thing that I did not like was that though the owner was present throughout but he did not have his staff, which was a bit tough for us to manage where we had to get down the hill for anything we wanted.

Hospitality is plus point

The staff is very good. Renuka bhaiya was there, he was very nice with us, he gave us one of the best room of their hotel. We dropped at wrong location by our cab driver but thankfully Renuka bhaiya came to our location to pick us. The view from room is great, even the ambiance of hotel is beautiful. It's provide you the modern vibes as well as traditional vibes. Room was very clean and the atmosphere of hotel was also peaceful.

Actually, hotel is on height so you need to do little stairs hiking to reach there, it just a small hiking of stairs about 5 minutes only but during snowfall time, it get little slippery and tiring. So might be not suitable for old people and those who has any issue with their legs like pain or any medical condition.

It was a lifetime experience for all of us.. We left the place will a dozen memories to be cherished forever

we liked the entire property.. it had an amazing view.. food was great.. and staff were exceptional

It is located a bit interior.. so can’t be reached by cab directly to the stay.. when travelling with family it was difficult for my parents to climb down and up each time
