Cedar lodge is sensational.

The reception we got as soon as we came to the door was so welcoming. The room we stayed in was so clean, modern, and comfortable. I couldn't have asked for better. Breakfast consisted of home cooked goods which were really tasty. Massive thumbs up for cedar lodge.

Check in is a little bit late at 5.

Perfect place for a relaxing stay over.

The place is so unassuming from the roadside, but once you go into the building, you can't be anything but impressed by it. The owner is such a lovely charming & very welcoming person, she makes you feel at home as soon as you enter the place, The room was 1st class (only problem I had, was I couldn't get the volume to work on the TV), but I certainly wouldn't let that spoil my stay. I only stayed for 1 night, but I'll definitely stay again if I'm down that way on business.

Last minute family night away.

Lovely clean room with good WiFi and satellite TV. The beds were very comfortable. All very modern facilities. We could help ourselves to breakfast the next morning in the kitchen and the host was there to make sure we had everything we needed.

The property and host were spot on.

The property was squeaky, clean and had everything we needed. We were in Europe for a full month and stayed at at many properties, and the bed at this property was the most comfortable of them all. The host Ronnie, went out of his way to welcome us with warm apple pie and to help us plan our days while we were there. He even packed us scones and jam for our outing.

Everything about Cedar Lodge is top-notch. We would love to return!

Bernice was very friendly and obviously took great pride in her property and her work to accommodate guests. She more than fulfilled special dietary requests with delicious options. We loved hearing her story about the renovation of this family lodge. The rooms were immaculately clean and minimalist, with gorgeous views out the windows. This was one of our favorite places! This location was great for exploring Killarney National Park.

Very clean with modern furnishings. Breakfast was perfect, everything you could wish for in a continental breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cedar Lodge. The room was very comfortable and clean. The Continental breakfast was as expected and perfect for a long day. Our host, Bernice, was very nice and helpful. We highly recommend this lodge!

A quiet little gem.

Cleanest & freshest place I've stayed in. Bernice was so nice & personable. Bucky, the dog, is just a woolly bundle of cuddles. Location is just out of town, so it's quiet, but a 5-minute drive will have you in the centre of everything. I will return.

Bernice made us feel very welcome, Cedar Lodge is newly renovated from top to bottom and Immaculate.

The breakfast was laid out in the dining area, fresh orange juice, home made pastries, lovely bread and individually prepared fruit and oats. As well as cheeses and meats. Very tasty.

The accommodation is brand new, everything looks spotless and the decor was very nice. It is very well located, we slept very well and in the kitchen we found everything we needed for our breakfast. Totally recommendable =)

Cedar Lodge is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Very healthy options. Bernice was very welcoming and happy to help make our stay enjoyable. The suites are new, very well furnished and comfortable. We had our best sleep at Cedar Lodge. The check in process was seamless.

Brilliant place to stay!

Cedar lodge was beautifully and newly decorated to a very high quality so it felt very luxurious. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was so lovely. Bernice was an amazing host and her breakfast was delicious. She puts so much effort into it, with many homemade things to eat. My partner who isn't a big breakfast eater even loved it! Her communication was also brilliant the whole time.The location is also great for Killarney, slightly out of town but only a few minutes so still very convenient with a car. Would highly recommend!

Very friendly host Bernice, a great source of information. Modern tastefully furnished new premises. Large and comfy bedroom. Ample, varied, and tasty breakfast.

Bulb in bedside lamp not bright enough to read by, should be functional in addition to decorative.

Best place to stay in Killarney i(if you have a car to go to the city center or to move around).

Difficult to describe things when they are good. I simply... can't find any fault. Personnel was really kind, place clean and modern, breakfast good and abundant.

We wanted to stay a short distance from the center of Killarney, and Cedar Lodge was perfect. Close, but not in a congested area.The guest house is beautifully remodeled/built, tastefully decorated, and exceptionally clean. Bernice was a helpful and friendly hostess. Highly recommend!

First time guest but certainly not my last.

Everything was first class and the cleanliness was 5 star. A perfect location to stay in Killarney which allows you to go in any direction around Kerry without needing to go through Killarney Town. At the same time very close to Killarney and easy to find parking in the town from this location. The bathroom and shower was excellent.

Really could not fault the place. You can tell that this family have tremendous pride in their business and their "front of house" welcoming was not manufactured in any way. Will return again soon.
