Nagyon tiszta, rendezett lakás, kellemes környezet.

kellemes környezet, társasház sajat belso kertje, ahova a lakás néz. az épület és a lakás maga is nagyon tiszta, bútorok újszerűek.

The flat is just perfect.. Though, the instructions must've been much better.

We're more than happy with a great flat, a brilliant location, and a nice view. We did enjoy the flat. Thank you so much.

First of all, I didn't get any instructions until I asked them explicitly. It's very strange! Also, there was a confusion with the address. One address is on Booking.com, another "direction link", and the third address is in the instructions. I asked what address was correct but didn't get a clear answer. Thanks for providing photos, it helped. One more thing: the instructions about the keypad are not obvious. Here is the quote: "...you will find the keypad where you shall put on the code to enter the apartment..." Where should I find it? On the wall? On the door? Eventually, we made it but it's not clear at all. We wasted our time instead of having clear instructions, something like that: "...you will find the keypad just on the door handle where you shall put on the code to enter the apartment..." And one more thing: a wrong wifi spot ("Dontconnect_emelet") was mentioned in the online instructions. It doesn't exist. Fortunately, the correct wifi was on the table in the flat

Superb

Very nice apartment in a new residential area by the Danube. Everything was clean and well maintained. Metro station and small shopping mall is 10 minutes walk from the flat and it takes you some 15-20 minutes on the metro to get to the city center. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment!

Very clean accommodation place. Plenty of space in the apartment. Beautiful courtyard and terrace. What I liked the most was that it was very quiet at night, which is quite rare in Budapest.

Excellent Place for Families

The place had everything you needed. There's a grocery store very close by as well. If travelling with family it's a very nice and comfortable place to be.

There is nothing to dislike. Maybe meeting the owner would have been nice. But it really would not have made any difference as everything was self-explanatory.

Excellent value for money

Everything was pitch-perfect but the most notables were: *Modern Interior/Furniture *Cleanliness *Availability of all kitchen items (toaster, stove, microwave, espresso, utensils etc) *Availability of entertainment (Netflix, playstation, poker, cards etc) *View (Amazing garden view from terrace) *Privacy (Quiet neighborhood)

Superb

The apartment is new and well equipped, in a good building. Inside there are all the facilities you need for a short stay. Nice balcony with inside garden view. Parking space payed in the underground, acces with elevator. Good comuniction with host.

I would recommend a better look for the cleaning ( hair in shower, garbage under bed ). The position is far from the center, there are buses but you lose too much time because they do not come when is supposed to come... No grocery shops around, just one mall 10 min walking, you need car for almost everything. The parking is too expensive for the position of the apartment out of the city ( the public and the underground ) - 15 euro / day for underground

Very modern and nice apartment

One of the best places I've ever stayed. The apartment is so modern and has everything you need! it's a really really beautiful place. The neighborhood is safe. We had a car so it was easy for us to go to all the attractions. But even if you don't have a car it's easy to get around, there are plenty of buses. I highly recommend this place!

Exceptional

Attila was a great host, very helpful during our stay. We could get into the apartment and found everything inside easily. The apartment is far from the centre of Budapest but we were aware of that and the location was perfect for us with 4 children. We would like to return for our next stay as well.

Superb

Great location, apartments were very clean and comfortable. There was good equipmrent kitchen and a lot of space here. Comfortable beds with clean and nice linens. We had a lot of towels, bathroom was also good. In front of our apartments, which were on the 2nd floor ( 1st in Europian style ), was very beatiful inside garden. We was very happy about the fact, that here is very quite place and everything was cozy. It is 10 minutes from centre by car. It is good choice for families.

We had some problems to find these apartments, but Attila helped us. You need to enter a building with a big title "MARINA PART" which located on Danubius street 5. By this way you can reach inside garden and then follow Attila's instructions. Sometimes it was very hard to find a parking, for you notice, from monday to friday it is not free. Waching machine was wery old and it worked pretty bad. Be careful to wash delicate clothes.
