Erneut ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt - vielen Dank!

Das Wongdhen House ist wahrscheinlich die beste Adresse in Majnu-ka-tila. Das Hotel verfügt über zwei Restaurants im Haus und nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt das Wongdhen Café, wo man wunderbar frühstücken kann. Beide Restaurants im Hotel zaubern gutes Essen, der Zimmerservice liefert das Frühstück auch von Café aus, aber ich bin immer hin spaziert. Frische Betten und Handtücher, warmes Wasser rund um die Uhr - hervorragend.

Bedingt durch die Lage in der engen Siedlung ist der Ausblick aus dem Fenster natürlich nicht so prall. Für meinen Geschmack könnten die Betten einen Tick härter sein.

Ik zou niet nog een keer boeken

De locatie.

Er is een verbouwing gaande in het hotel wat zorgt voor overlast en stof. De kamers waren stoffig. De airco werkte niet. De douche heeft gemiddeld 5 minuten warm water en daarna wordt het koud.

The best accommodation in Aruna Nagar

Very pleasant guesthouse in beautiful Aruba Nagar, extremely clean and well maintained, welcoming atmosphere and very good in house restaurant Sumo. We'll hope to visit again

pillow covers and duvet covers are mad of pure rough cotton which expel tiny particles of cotton fabric just dust that caused blocking nose and enventually made sick like flu

Overall good value except for the smell.

The property is in a nice secluded Tibetan area of Delhi which feels safe even during the night. The rooms are small but feel quite clean and the amenities are nice. The restaurant is also nice and clean, the food was good.

The smell which probably comes from the river is really bad. We woke up during the night because of the horrible smell, so be prepared for that.

The room was clean and the hotel has an excellent restaurant serving delicious Asian dishes for those who are not fans of Indian cuisine.

Wonderful, clean hotel in Majnu Ka Tilla.

Superb hotel with a lovely restaurant. Team are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are impeccably clean, comfortable and provide many amenities. I paid extra for a beautiful view of the Yamuna River, which I feel was worth it! The hotel is located down an alleyway in Majnu Ka Tila, and the location feels quiet and safe at all times of the day. Well-established in Majnu Ka Tila - would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are a little small, but I stayed in a double room and still felt I had enough space.

Inspite of repeated requests, complementary water bottles were not served in the initial 2 days. I wanted to extend my stay by 4 more days and requested Counter Staff Pema to arrange the same but she said there is NO availability and asked me to check online. Online was sold out. I had No option but to checkout. While checking out, I told her that due to location My 1st priority was your Hotel, you could have arranged one room for me, she told that you should have contacted me again. Very poor and aggressive behaviour with customers. Hotel management must train her well on customer service and speaking.

Friendly and helpful staff. Provided all the services requested. Easy to go down and eat in the restaurant or just order food in the room and chill and eat. Very accommodating with my last minute schedule change as I had to rush to the airport earlier than planned due to my plane being cancelled. They booked me a taxi late at night and also stored an empty suitcase I couldn't take with me so some family member could pick it up later.

The hotel and restaurant are completely fine. And I know the location from long ago so it is how it has been with very narrow alleys and some foul smell once in while. The Yamuna river nearby has been cleaned up beautifully and was impressive to see flowing river there now. It's been more than a decade since I have been in Majnu Ka Tilla.

The bed was comfortable, there was a fridge in the room. Good shower. Some staff members were nice and helpful. Wifi was good. It's a safe place for women as well. Their restaurant is good.

There was quite a lot of construction work in the early morning. Location in the Tibetan Settlement is good, but it is far away from the city center and transport takes time. The room could use a little maintenance (not all electrical sockets worked).

Very clean and perfectly furnished hotel, at a great location

The location in Majnukatilla was perfect. This is a very clean hotel, with HOT water, water to drink, kettle (many places have kettle in their description but not in the room :-)...), working fridge, great AC. It is true that there are really no windows (the windows are against a wall) but this is quite common in this Tibetan colony, and really not a problem since they have a great top floor terrace. Internet was great too. We could enter the room very early, since we were travelling by bus from Bir, arriving VERY early. They also kept our luggage while we were travelling elsewhere. They also have another place to eat, a great cafe.

It was a nice stay without any disturbing issues.

It was clean with high standard and kind staff. Specially Mrs Pema at the reception was so kind and helpful to offer me a bigger room, she helped me out of urgency to print document and booking a airport drop off taxi from the reception was a massive assistance.

The food from the the sumo restaurant wasn’t good enough.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Good location for catching a bus from Majnu ka Tila. Interesting area with lots to see in the day while being quiet at night. We enjoyed the food and masala chai at the hotel restaurant. The building is well made and nicely decorated. The staff are friendly and helpful, allowing us to keep our bags in the cloak room while we waited for our bus.

it’s quite new with a good restaurant on the ground. enough hot water for 2. The Tibet area has good restaurants and shops.

the sound insulation is not good, I heard phone alarms from the other room several times in the midnight. sometime Wi-Fi failed, but the staff repaired as soon as possible. and there’s a lot of mosquitoes.
