La gentillesse des hôtes, appartement sympa et cosy et bien situé dans le quartier alfama et pratique car beaucoup de monuments a visiter a proximité
Parking a 10 minutes à pieds en monté et route pavé inutile de vous dire que c'était compliqué avec les valises
Le canapé n'était pas confortable et le pire c'est la terrasse qui n'est pas privative et en plus la consigne a bagages était sur notre soit disant terrasse devant notre porte vitrée de la chambre sympa la tranquillité

L'accueil du bureau (Sonia et Marco), l'emplacement de l'hôtel pour visiter Lisbonne et les bons petits restaurants.
Chambre porte 14 donnant directement sur le trottoir avec fiesta de la St Antoine jusqu'à 4 heures du matin (et en plus toute la semaine), pas top !
Grâce à Sonia et Marco qui ont tout fait ce qu'il pouvait pour nous trouver des chambres disponibles (nous avons changé 3 fois dans la semaine), nous avons pu dormir un peu...

Ligging is perfect( als er geen feest is want dan worden je nachten behoorlijk verstoord van alle muziek die in de winkelstraat beneden gedraaid word door verschillende tenten) verder enorm centraal zodat je alle bezienswaardigheden kan bezoeken het is wel allemaal klimmen , appartement ligt vlak bij koffietentje Portas do Sol heel mooi uitzicht en je kan er lekker ontbijten supermarktje bijna tegen over het appartement. En met een taxi ben je binnen 30 minuten van het vliegveld bij je appartement.
Het lawaai door het feest dit is te doen 1 a 2 dagen maar alle 5 de dagen......
Het balkon stelt niets voor je kan er met moeite met 2 mensen op staan.
Wij hebben er alleen geslapen en gedoucht, bed is hard maar dit vinden wij fijn, douche is ruim maar douchekop bleef niet hangen, bank in de woonkamer zit niet lekker en tv kregen wij niet werkend. Maar dat vonden wij geen probleem, tv kijken doen we thuis wel weer

Die Lage war super, Mitarbeiter ebenfalls.
Sauberkeit , Ausstattung
2 kleine und 2 große Handtücher sind zu wenig. Zudem sollte man aufpassen , dass keine Haare drauf sind.
Zimmer war ohnehin nicht sauber und wird nur sauber gemacht bei mindestens 5 Tagen Aufenthalt. Hat sich angefühlt wie in einer Garage. Bad wurde wohl später dazu gebaut, Toilette oben offen.
Lautstärke extrem- bis tief in die Nacht. Es gab zwar Ohrstöpsel, aber auch nur 2 Paar für 2 Leute bei 4 Übernachtungen.
Duschzeug war vorhanden aber nur minimal.
Natürlich war alles gegen Aufpreis noch zu haben.
Bett viel zu klein für 2 Personen, Laken nicht sehr sauber. Haben zwar frisch gerochen, aber Laken mit nicht entfernbaren Flecken sollte man doch lieber entsorgen.
Die Dusche war eine Katastrophe, sehr in die Jahre gekommen und so angebracht, dass man sich schon fast gegen die Wand lehnen muss.
Zur Lautstärke:
Es gab in unserem Zeitraum ein Fest in vielen Teilen rund um die Unterkunft. Eine vorab Info wäre super gewesen.
Die anderen Gäste über uns hat man auch sehr deutlich gehört. Wir wussten stets , wenn sich die Nachbarn bewegen und wenn sie auf die Toilette gehen bzw. duschen.

Beliggenhet var helt topp, koselig og rolig område. Fint med balkong, denne ble brukt til både frokost og en pause litt ut på ettermiddagen. Dusjen var også stor og fin. Positivt med kodelås!
Litt smale senger og i tillegg veldig harde senger! Veldig mye støy fra etasjen over siden gulvene knirket helt enormt!

Die Unterkunft war mit allem eingerichtet, was wir benötigten. Es stand auch ein Babybett bereit. Das Bad war mit Dusche, Fön und Shampoo und co ausgestattet. In der Küche war auch alles was wir benötigten zu finden. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank etc. gekocht haben wir nicht es gibt so viele Möglichkeiten etwas zu holen oder essen zu gehen direkt ums Eck. Wir hatten die Wohnung direkt im Erdgeschoss, so dass wir mit dem Kinderwagen keinerlei Probleme hatten. Ein Highlight waren die Spiegeltüren in denen sich die Passanten stets anschauten. Von außen konnte man aber nicht reinschauen.
Obwohl wir sehr zentral und im Erdgeschoss waren haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Man konnte den Raum komplett abdunkeln und es war ruhig bis auf zwei Nächte in denen ein Hund gebellt hat. Das Bett war super bequem.

Situation, in the midlle of Alfama. The apartment was really quietly. Number lock system works very well.
A bed was very short and hard. Large side, 140x180 cm? A mattress pad should be convenience.
All lights were in the sleeping area, kitchen and sofa without any lights. Wifi and entairment electronics should update to this century.
Only short roll toilet papers, bad quality, at this charge!
Emails and an unreasonable deposit payment sent from other email-adress. Inside the apartment were many treats for extra payments, keys, towels, dishes. Very very suspicious.

Gostei do tamanho do quarto, da cozinha com vários utensílios, da vista da varando e principalmente da localização. Apesar do local ser caracterizado por ter muita ladeira, ficamos próximos a vários restaurantes e mercadinhos. Alguns pontos turísticos fomos a pé, mas devido as ladeiras pegávamos um táxi, mesmo assim tudo perfeito. Recepção da acomodação, show de bola.

Deja mucho que desear. La habitación no correspondía con las imágenes de las fotografías. Era oscuro y la cocina estaba dentro de un armario. Además no había mesa para poder comer. Fuimos a quejarnos para que nos cambiaran de habitación. No pusieron problema, pero es cierto que aún no habíamos pagado. Así que cuidado con las fotos. Y ojo también con las condiciones y cosas que "incluye" el alojamiento. La vitro era de inducción y la sartén que había no lo era. Y tuvimos que pedir un tostador porque tampoco lo traía, a pesar de que estaba incluido. Te vienen dos rollos de papel higiénico. ¡¡SI QUIERES MÁS, TIENES QUE PAGARLO!!

We loved the location of the place. It is close to most of the places we want to see. The place was clean and organized as well.
We arrived at the place during the after-hours. We had difficulty finding the keys and where to input the door code. In the future, it would be helpful for the guests if they had mentioned which one it would be since there are multiple keypads in that building.

The location was very good. The bed was comfortable. The towels were of good quality. The entrance was nice.
I felt the pictures advertised on Booking.Com did not give a true reflection of the apartment. The bathroom was in much need of refurbishment, shower leaked onto the floor paintwork dirty the sink had cracks in it and tiles had been randomly stuck around bottom of shower cubicle. The rug in the kitchen was dirty.

De locatie.
De vloer was niet erg schoon en je zag best wat verouderingen in de badkamer. De stang waar de douchekop aan vast zit, viel er bijna af. Ook waren de groeven in de tegels van de douchecabine erg vies (bruin en niet hygiënisch).
Helaas was de witte handdoek die ik kreeg vol met oranje vlekken. Het personeel loste dit wel direct goed op.

Alfama location, clean and secure with comfy big bed and good quiet aircon.
For older people or young families the hilly geography of the Alfama district with its uneven narrow steep cobbled streets and pavements may not be suitable.

Beware: The rooms are not like the photos posted. The office was always closed. The walls are incredibly thin. The room only had one small soap and toilet paper, not enough for 2 people for a 4 day stay.

Very few towels, bed sheets, etc. available. Replacements/extras (including cleaning) at a rather hefty charge - the fact that the guest is reminded of this with signs on the walls makes the whole experience considerably less hospitable as well.
