A good stay but not central to main attractions in the city.

A really good and nutritious breakfast. Great selection and options.

The only improvement suggestion would be to include wholemeal breads and gluten free. To cater for people with restricted diets.

Fantastic feels like my second home

I love this hotel !!!!!!! I only stay here when I come to Tirana. The staff are kind and helpful. The rooms are spacious. I have no fault with the hotel and their prices are brilliant. They have parking too

Al di là di ogni aspettative

Lo staff e molto gentile e attento sempre pronti a soddisfare le esigenze dei ospiti, la colazione ottima e abbondante, ambienti molto puliti e ordinati , la camera veramente bella e soprattutto grande il letto è comodissimo , complimenti a tutto lo staff

Lovely stay, staff where exceptional, lovely rooms, comfy beds, would stay again.

Hotel was very clean, the reception staff where very welcoming, helpful, have excellent customer service skills and nothing was to much trouble.

Could possible serve evening meals in the restaurant as only breakfast available, no access to a bar, but plenty in the surrounding areas.

During our stay we experienced Excellent service, ambience,hospitality, food quality etc. To sum it up Great hotel with

"Rooms were modern, new, and very quiet. Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional - can’t remember their names but all 3 ladies was extremely helpful, kind and made me extend my stay at that hotel rather visiting different hotels . Great views, cute area with good restaurant options in walking distance. Breakfast with many options to chose and staff looked after us by offering fresh goods, cleaning standard I would rate it 10/10 (apart of one sad cleaner that she need to put smile on her face )

Everything was spot on, can’t ask for more , special mention to reception staff great welcome and very helpfully when needed e.g with taxis and restaurants

Gutes Hotel, Kurzer Weg zum Flughafen, Mit dem Taxi schnell in der Innenstadt

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat bei allen Problemen oder Fragen weitergeholfen. Bewachter Parkplatz im Hotel Reichhaltiges Frühstück Großes und geräumiges Zimmer Gutes Badezimmer

Ein größerer Schreibtisch mit Steckdose für das Arbeit mit Laptop wäre wünschenswert gewesen

Spazi nel ristorante buoni, camere e letti molto grandi e nuove. Pulizia ottima. Avendo due pulmini, ci hanno riservato lo spazio per parcheggiarli per due notti, proprio fuori dalla hall. Accettano la carta di credito.

colazione soddisfacente anche se nn è particolarmente attenta ai gusti internazionali. Caffè o cappuccio a pagamento. Brioches inesistenti, frutta calda. Varietà di scelta sul salato appropriata, quella dolce ha poco assortimento.

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Besonders Sarah hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend von der Auswahl und es wurde sehr schnell nachgelegt, wenn etwas zur Neige ging. Der Balkon war optimal nach hinten ausgerichtet und man hat nichts von der Schnellstraße vorm Gebäude mitbekommen. Verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe haben uns mit ganz unterschiedlichen Speisen erfreut. Bushaltestelle fast direkt vor der Tür ins Zentrum.

Die Schnellstraße vor der Tür lässt sich leider nicht ändern, da unser Zimmer nach hinten heraus war, stellte es aber kein Problem dar. Ungünstigerweise wurde der Fahrstuhl häufig von Mitarbeiter von Housekeeping blockiert. Hier würden Wäschewagen diese Zeiten verkürzen.

Era tutto perfetto!! Le stanze pulite ,possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento ,per la colazione forse c’è qualcosina da modificare ma tutto sommato è stato un ottimo soggiorno e soprattutto prezzo molto onesto !
