Location was good, room was very clean with minimal issues.

Good. Staff were generally friendly and assisted customers. One of the ladies at breakfast was quite rude and inaccessible.

However, customers need to be informed of timing for breakfast, items available which are not displayed on breakfast buffet e.g. omelette, coffee, bacon etc. Also, room/key needs to have notice of time for breakfast, Wi-Fi password etc

Good breakfast, neat and tidy rooms - comfortable TV screen sizes, excellent Wifi speeds. A good upgrade would be Smart TV's in the rooms.

The best hotel in Lagos

The hotel was extremely well laid out, the rooms were very clean, the bed was wonderful. The Wifi and TV were both great. The most important thing was the hotel was wonderfully quiet. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my many trips to Lagos and will be the only place I consider in the future.

Nothing, the hotel was amazing in every regard.

Very clean and well kept with attentive staff.

Room had no windows so could get stuffy as Lagos is so humid. Also there were no wardrobes for storage.
