Absolutely loved our stay and hosts were welcoming and friendly.

the view was amazing, the shared kitchen well equipped, bed very comfortable, shutter very useful

This property was close to the old town, albeit with a lot of steps but that was expected in this region. The room was very clean, towels and toiletry’s provided and a kitchen area if you wished to cook. The balcony had an exceptionally beautiful view of old town Dubrovnik and the sea. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming to any requests we had.

location. Can see the sunset over the old city.

Hot water tank is too small. Not enough water for the 2nd people shower right after the 1st. Owner living next door wasn't very friendly. We had a friend came over watching the sunset with us, got kicked out.

We feel that we did not receive the rooms we booked. Be aware that they have ATTIC ROOMS

Upon our arrival at this reservation, we were shocked to discover we were given ATTIC rooms. My wife immediately called Omar at booking.com and filed a complaint. As we were nervous about having a problem with the host, we did not want Omar to contact her during our short stay. He told my wife he documented the situation and I was to contact him when we arrived back to our home after our vacation. When I told Anka, the host, that we did not expect ATTIC rooms, she said that the description in the ad at booking.com indicates upper floors accessible by stairs only. I then told her that was not the issue. The ATTIC, not being mentioned and not what we booked, was the issue. She then asked if we wanted to leave and I was shocked. Where were we to go? I am 6’ 2” and therefore I would NEVER have booked a room with such limited head room. There was no indication of a possibility of an Attic room in the description on booking.com. While the description does indicate upper floors, it NEVER mentions we could get attic rooms. Additionally, the description of the bed says it is king size, which is what I prefer, helped sway me in this decision for Rooms Raic. However, as you can see in the video, the bed was MAYBE queen size at most. Also, in the second room for my brother-in-law and his wife, the air conditioning did not function adequately. Again, when I told Anka, she literally shrugged her shoulders.

The apartment was in a nice building with an amazing view of the town. The hosts were very kind and everything nicely clean.

The roof apartment was too short in height on the sides and we could not stand properly into most of it, thus making it a bit uncomfortable. Also, not easy to park and reach the old town for the many steps.

Great view from the apartment. Everything was clean and enough space.

Bad air conditioning, it wasn’t enough to cool down the room. In addition, cooling machine was on the floor level so it seemed to be a bit dangerous especially with children. Beds were uncomfortable.

Quiet apartments, worth the extra climb from downtown

Excellent view of the town, quiet location. Clean. Very polite and friendly host. Good airco. Moden bathroom with good shower.

The bed was a little on the soft side, as were the pillows. Being on the top floor it meant that for certain facilities you had to be carefull of the low ceiling.

Just a perfect view

Very nice appartments and owners. There is сommon kitchen for several appartments and terraсe with a wonderful view. Room is very clean and spacious. You can have free drinks - coffee or tea on the kitchen. Nearest beach is just several minutes walk down the stairs and walk to old town will take 10 minutes maximum I guess. Perfect place if you are not afraid of hundreds stairs)))

It's not negative, but I wish I could have a room with a view. Although I could enjoy it from the common terrace.

Great accommodation, very clean. It’s a bit of a climb to walk to the accommodation from the old town. The hosts are absolutely fantastic and really helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend.

Very comfy and clean rooms in a beautiful house, the view on the sea in particular was amazing!

Exceeded expectations. Would highly recommend.

The hostess was incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Really sweet lady. Incredible view from my bedroom (ask for a room facing the sea).

Lots of stairs up to the property. This is normal in Dubrovnik and worth it for the view, but if you’re traveling with someone who may not be fit enough to climb stairs, the location may be challenging.

Amazing views from the balcony, the host was epic, including drink on arrival.

Quite a few steps up from the old town if you’re not able to deal with them, was ok for us though even with the blistering heat.

Nice staff, clean and modern rooms and kitchen and an absolute fantastic shared balcony! Small grocery store nearby makes it very easy to buy food or drinks for the balcony.

Clean, quiet room with an amazng view. We enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are in a shared apartment,shared kitchen which is not clear from the property on Booking. Even so, it was very quiet, we had no issues

- Superb view to the old town of Dubrovnik! Especially from terrace! - Clean, modern and well-equipped apartments

- near 440 stairs (near 20 floors) from the Banje beach.. but the view is worth it! - There are 4 double rooms on the 1 floor with common kitchen, common fridge and common terrace! It could be uncomfortable to use them with many other people… - Only CASH payment, no matter what the Booking.com is telling!… - No reserved parking lot, but if you’re lucky, you can park at the street of the apartment free of charge!

Amazing

Mrs. Raic is an amazing and wonderful host. I immediately felt like home. Rooms are superclean and comfortable. The kitchen was huge and used by 4 rooms in total. Everything was available at that kitchen. Really great. Fantastic view from the balcony! Loved staying here and will certainly be back. Thank you Anka for everything!!!

Nice view from the balcony!

The room is very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is just amazing! There is a shared kitchen and fridge outside of the room. That was very convenient. The house owner Anka is very kind. On the last day, I had a night flight, so I could leave my luggage at the site and Anka arranged the transportation (taxi) to the airport for me. (It was 200kn) I had a nice stay in Dubrovnik!

From the old town, you have to walk a lot (take many stairs) to go back to the accommodation. But they have a nice view because it stands on the hills.
