Relaxing holidays in Kotor

I could recommend the apartment to anyone wishing to have quiet stay with the spectacular views on the Kotor Bay. Especially after sunset the illumination on Kotor Old town is beautiful. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, kitchen (with dishwasher) and all the necessary equipment for long-stay holidays. There is dining area but we hardly used it - as the balcony was much more attractive for us to sit and relax. Kotor Old town is in walking distance (at least for us, it's approx. 2-2.2km) which is a nice walk and sometimes could be a bit faster than taxi (Kotor might be jammed pretty heavy). For the lazy ones - there is a swimming pool. Small store is located on the lower street, just beneath the apartment (using shortcut it's just 5mins)... and last but not least - the host (Alexandra) is very hospitable and helpful!

Best view ever and great staff

Most incredible view I have ever had anywhere in the world, great value. Staff were incredibly helpful. Not far from old town, but far enough to enjoy the calm and quiet- I wish we could have stayed longer.

Relaxing at Sea View is a special treat.

Sea View apartments are amazing. The views over Kotor Bay and down to Kotor Old Town and of the mountain ranges are spectacular. Aleksandra is a superb host. She provided us with a warm welcome and allowed us a late check out until noon. She responded rapidly to all our questions and helped us organise a jet boat tour which picked us up in front of our apartment. There is a small shop nearby next to the church which has basic groceries including alcohol. It only takes cash. The Catholic Church nearby had daily mass and housed the remains of St Blazia Gracia, a monk from the region. It is one of the many notable churches in the region.

If you don’t have a car there will be a 1.5km walk to Old Town and restaurants. We enjoyed the walk each day so it was not a problem.

Exceptional apartment

This beautiful apartment is in an excellent location not far from the Old Town. Prior to arrival, Aleksandra was very helpful with information. She was an exceptional host, very friendly and obliging. The property has everything you need and is extremely comfortable.

Beautiful view, spacious rooms and quiet at the pool. Clean and modern. The landlord gave us homemade cucumbers:-)

You will need a car in this apartment, because there is only a very small shop available in ok walking distance for food-shopping. The road up to the apartment is narrow, only 1 car can pass, so you need to be a little careful

Great apartments!

Great place! We came with a family (parents + 3 kids) - the property was a great fit for us. It's located near the Bay of Kotor, with a great view. It has pool which was a great attraction for the kids. Also, it's walking distance from the sea. BTW, there are several supermarkets and minimarkets around, the closest one can be reached by foot, so ask the host for shortcuts. There are restaurants not so far + you can use an app to order food. The kitchen is great for cooking - you have there everything needed. The host was super friendly during the whole stay and helped us with all the requests.

Amazing view to Kotor Bay and mountains

Amazing view from our terrace and even from the private pool which was super clean and well-equipped. Alexandra and his dad was very helpful and kind. Highly recommended apartman.

Location is quite far from Kotor Old Town by foot, so we had to go by car (5-10mins depending on traffic), however we could find parking place easily next to Old Town.

Nice Apartments, very kind and helpful host, stunning view and outdoor pool - it's all you need!

Everything was amazing! Stunning view from the balcony. You can enjoy, silence, singing birds and fresh air. At the same time Kotor oldtown is just 2 kilometers away and you can see it from the balcony while having breakfast, dinner or lunch. Outdoor pool with a mountain and city view was a nice place to spend a pleasant time and refresh from the hot sun. Apartments are spacious and have all the necessary equipment. Host Aleksandra was very pleasant, kind and helpful, she gave us lots of valuable advices about local restaurants, food, places to visit, transportation, etc. Highly recommend this place for families, for the ones who enjoy silence and at the same time would like to be next to the tourist areas.

Its not a disadvantage - just an informative notes: - In this place you should have a car or use a taxi services. - There is no restaurant or café nearby (there is a small grocery shop a few minutes away)

Amazing experience staying here. Incredible views from the living room/balcony/master bed, extremely clean and modern apartment with ALL amenities ( including washing machine), and the hospitality/service experience provided to us by Aleksandra and her father went above & beyond our expectations. They even came looking for us when we got caught in a rain storm. Cannot recommend this place enough.

Superb

Modern, new apartment, fully equipped, enough space, balcony, view from the balcony is beautiful. Aleksandra was always nice and helpful! The location was quiet and calm. It is good to know, that from the apartement to Kotor is about 30-40 Minutes walking distance on the busy main street, sometimes without sidewalk, also a bit uphill backways. For us it was worth it, because we wanted a bit quiet (since the apartment is not on the main road), instead of the loud and busy main street. We had a great time there and would recommend anytime!

It could have more towels and toiletries but I am sure host would have provided it if we bothered enough to ask.

Welcoming hosts - comfortable, well equiped new apartment with wondeful view.

Excellent apartment with a beautiful view of the Bay of Kotor. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Aleksandra. The locaton of the property is easily reachable by a short taxi ride from Kotor old town or a 35 minute walk.

the hosts are everything - amazing hospitality. special thanks to Alexandra and her father for their warm welcome n assistance, it really made all the difference. property amazing w amazing views perched on a small hill, well equipped (washing machine, iron, dishwasher), clean and close to kotor to enjoy by foot or car yet relax away from the bustle with the view from the balcony. we really wished we could have stayed longer.

Superb

Beautiful view from apartment on Kotor, see. Nice apartment, comfortable. All facilities are present in the apartment. By car about 7-10 min to get to Kotor if no traffic there. Very friendly and helpful the Host and his daughter.

Pillows are very firm, not comfortable to sleep with them. And sometimes some not nice smell from toilet. Recommended to ventilate the bathroom with an open door.
