Location, that's all.

The whole room is dirty. The walls, the bedsheets, the bathroom, the ceiling. Got a 6 inch ragged hole in the ceiling. Curtains tied with raffia strings. Desk and bedside table looked like from a rubbish dump. Walls have dirt smudges. Window sills not cleaned for a long time. Bathroom walls and floor mouldy. Wash basin, toilet bowl and soap holder got yellow stains. Aircon control unit problematic. And the SMELL of the room - stale musty rank that makes me sick. Terrible!

price is very reasonable. room is quite spacious consider the price. very accessible to eateries and other places.

wasn't attended immediately at the reception counter. the lobby was quite dark when I check in. found a small cockroach in my room.

Next to 7e shop

Everything... As we checked in, i saw 3 tiny cockroaches in the jug and the water cups,, then my son saw another 3 cockroaches in the room.. total there were 6 cockroaches in the room.. Lift could not be use as it is under maintenance.. Unpleasant smell along the corridors of the room, i think it came from the restaurants next door.. Dirty toilet walls... Bed sheet and pillow covers were not clean...

we choose the Sun Inns Hotel Kepong is because it near to our relative house. Only the location is attractive.

very bad experience, uncomfortable. Front desk officer totally not responsibly, any further information ask us to refer management & even told that he is last day working there. We decided not to staying there and cannot get full refund.

Near 7E . Parking okay, bed okay . Like wht you pay you get

no towel, toiletries, and all . Just a hotel for sleep . For towel you need to ask and have to give them back when checkout . Same goes to remote control 😑

a regret and waste of money

I checked in at midnight so most shops are closed but even so, still got mamak and stall opened so its a bit safe if youre alone

the receptionist was not welcoming at all. didnt give solution when I said I dont hve cash for deposit, have to ask many times and ask if theres bank only then she said theres actually bank nearby. lift was I assumed years nit serviced, make creepy noises, room has this very strong smell of smoke. ceiling piece was opened, bedsheet is dirty as hell, toilet seat still has dried urine stain. even the money was not that much, but this is the worst service I have even been in
