Grosse déception

Les photos dans l’annonce ne correspondent pas à la location que j’ai eu. Attention il faut cliquer sur l’appartement (loft, appartement terrasse…)et ensuite regarder les photos de l’appartement car celles de l’annonce ne sont pas contractuelles, Ce ne sont que des parties communes, (entrée de l’hôtel et terrasse commune) Mise à part cette grosse déception, les équipements sont très minimalistes, table et chaises de jardin en guise de mobilier, la propreté très relative avec des joints de salle de bain noirs et sous le lit des restes de Kleenex du client précédent. Accès à l’hôtel assez compliqué avec des pavés très irrégulier et pente raide. Très mauvaise insonorisation tant pour les bruits intérieurs qu’extérieurs à l’hôtel. Linge de toilette taché et accès par un escalier très étroit. Au prix de 600 € pour deux nuits, je trouve cela exorbitant au vu de la qualité des prestations.

Apartamento con una ubicación perfecta

Está en el centro del pueblo, a pocos metros de la playa, así que la ubicación es perfecta. Además, las vistas desde la terraza comunitaria son increïbles. La cama de matrimonio, también muy cómoda.

Modest room with wonderful views. Worked just fine for our family.

Great location and nice to be up high for good views of town.

The sleeper sofa was pretty squeaky and balcony could have used a bit more decor.

Loved the location so close to beach. Very easy check in and awesome they organized our parking. Loved sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee listening to the birds and people wandering by.

Well located studio apartment in a remodelled buiding with views but no elevator

The location close to the seafront and town centre was excellent, and the apartment was fresh and modern, small but well designed, and well equipped. The balcony with sea views was great.

Access to the third floor apartment was difficult. I knew there was no elevator but not how steep and narrow the stairs would be, the final flight without a handrail The electronic keypad for checkin and entry wasn’t user friendly.

Not value for money

The location in the centre of town was the main reason for staying here but the town is so small that we could easily have stayed further out of town and got a better deal. This place is quite expensive for what they had to offer.

There were very little facilities in the property just the very basics. The biggest disappointment was the building works going on in front of the property just outside our balcony. This meant that we could not have the doors open because of the noise and dust coming in. It would have been nice if the owner had left a little note or even a little offering to compensate for this in convenience but there was nothing.

It was an enjoyable stay, loved the balcony with amazing view of Cadaques!

The apartment has a spacious balcony with stunting view.

There is no reception and staff to assist upon check-in. The communication response is a bit slow and it is not easy to find the apartment for first timer to Cadaques.

Beautiful apartment in the city center of Cadaques

Apartment #1 is beautiful, super well located and quiet! Very comfortable beds! It has AC/heater. Small balcony with street view! Communication with staff was easy.

Shower - water temperature was unstable and we had some coldish showers. Water leaked from the shower to the bathroom floor despite our best efforts while showering.

location very close to the beach and all the attractions. big enough small sitting area with dinette area and kitchenette. Nespresso machine was a plus to start the day. the room was very cute and open to the sitting area that allowed the air conditioning to chill the room. nice small balcony overlooking the street, sit and enjoy a glass of wine.

Excellent location

The apartment is newly renovated and nice. The location is superb, very close to the village center and it's easy to reach everything. The property also offered a fixed rate for the parking place, which is nice-to-have when in Cadaques.

The apartment is tiny and the table&chairs are in the terrace...so if you want to have breakfast you need to bring everything in. Some additional appliances like a toaster or some more hangers/space to leave your things would have been nice.

Not worth it.

The posting was very misleading. The walls were crumbling, the ceiling dropped plaster on us while we slept, the potted plant was clearly not watered for a very long time and was dry/dead. There was black mold that made us sick. There were ants that came out of the kitchen sink and infested our luggage and clothes. It was in the basement next to the cleaning room/laundry - which woke us up.

The communication prior to arrival was great, the team helped with all our pre arrival questions very promptly! The location was fantastic would definitely reccomend.

closeness to town and restaurants. no need for car

missing a few items in the kitchen like a fourth glass or a bread knife.
