“A comfortable family friendly space away from London for a week. Would suit young active family for that Home from Hom

Location: Near enough to convenience shops & take away Restaurants. 3-5mins drive to seafront & entertainment. Same for High Street shopping, pubs/bars. 12 minute to the same if walking! Bedrooms were suitable size. Kitchen & Bathroom “basic” but comfortable inc. dining table. Utility area was useful with fridge, freezer, washing machine & ironing board/ iron.

Too many stairs (82 Year old mother struggled). Steps to waste bin disposal very steep/dangerous. Allocated parking space were being used by neighbours; meaning we could not park comfortably without fear of being blocked in!! Bedroom TV did not work therefore on “lazy” days at home not able to rest in bed with TV.

Lack of information such as parking, microwave instructions, wi fi code not clearly displayed Where to empty rubbish and no freezer. First entering the property you have to walk up stairs to reach 1st floor before entering the kitchen Bathroom needs updating.

Paid money for no possible stay!

I did not. Check in time was 4pm. Property was closed twice we was back to check kn. No instructions until 5:40 by message. We did not stay at the property dissatisfied and disappointed we drove back home 2 hours. 188 pounsd was paid on booking (no refund)Damage deposit of 225 pounds was taken from my bank account with no permission or authorisation. Unprofessional with no respect for guest service.

Last minute booking

The place looked well presented on pictures when I got there it was nothing like it the place was dirty the bathroom leaked through the kitchen we ran our of hot water the kettle looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months! The bathroom was dirty, and the bath got blocked when ur showered. We asked for a late check out, and the cleaning lady came way before check out. I was very disappointed in this place. I paid £220 for a night for something worse than bed and breakfast! When I informed them, they did nothing but apologize for the inconvenience, not even compensate for the state they allowed the place to be rented. 100% don't recommend!

Very good stay cost effective stay.

Location

Difficult to find as the numbers in the street done run concurrently. The parking area needs to be marked, firstly to stop others using it but secondly to show where it was. Accidentally I parked in the neighbours drive. She was very nice and I was apologetic but it shouldn’t happen. Also the heating wasn’t on and the thermostat was complicated.

Everything Hosts didn’t manage to give us the right address, we were left on streets for hours. They decided not to give the deposit back because of a broken glass that costs £5. Disgusting.

Enjoyed our stay and would use this apartment again.

The back entrance to the property was a let down. It was a complete mess, although as this was an apartment, perhaps the garden does not belong to the appartment

very disappointing

The first floor smelled of cigarette smoke. There were no cables to connect the TVs. In the small bedroom there was a bedside light but no plug. Would have expected washing up liquid in the kitchen and more than 3mm of hand soap in the bathroom. We felt we had been mislead by the “creative” photos of the flat, which did not reflect the reality. It was clear it had not been hoovered as there were sequins and glitter on the carpets throughout. it was grubby and shabby.

Place looked great but after staying one night my daughter woke up with bed bug bites.

Looked nice and clean.

Bed bugs in bed . Dressing room mirror fell on my daughter caused her injury had to call ambulance out..damp smell through kitchen.

Perfectly located really close to the town Center and seafront with adventure island the property was spacious and really clean wi a great kitchen with dining table that we could all sit round and eat definitely would recommend anyone to stay here would not be disappointed

We had a nice stay, with minor issues. I would stress that it’s important to have the drive clean.

The location was good, close to the beach. It was next to shops and food shops. The beds were comfortable. There was someone to talk to if we needed any help. Quick responses.

The outside back was a mess. Very dirty with rubbish all over the car park which made it difficult to park and had my children walking through rubbish.

Ok for a night, spacious but very shabby,. Would not stay there again for this price (250€/n)

Size of the apartment, furniture quite new. WiFi and TV working well.

Backyard and surroundings dirty and not maintained. Carpet very old and full of stains everywhere. Whole bathroom installations are old and not in good shape. Renting company very interested in getting the money and the deposit (prepare to get many emails reminding you to pay), but not so much in bringing the apartment to a decent standard for the money.
