Special hotel. Llittle touches make a huge difference. Luxurios elegence without being pretentious

This is a special hotel I would highly recommend Beautiful throughout, super staff in a very well looked after and thought out hotel where you feel at home but very much on holiday in luxury.

Eines der besten Hotels in denen wir jemals waren - 100% weiterempfehlenswert

Das Hotel ist komplett neu und auf dem höchsten Standard in allen Belangen. Es stehen 4 Restaurants zur Auswahl - alle bieten ein exzellentes Essen an. Hervorzuheben sei hier das ein Restaurant auf absolutem Sterne-Niveau ist (und 1mal essen ist auch bei Halbpension inklusive). Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich, zuvorkommend und top organisiert. Von Taxi-Organisation, Bügelservice, bis hin zu Leihwagen wird einem alles abgenommen und man hat eigentlich keinen Stress. Im Poolbereich gibt es Essen und Getränke auf Knopfdruck - Cocktails sind hier sehr zu empfehlen. Behandlungen im Spa Bereich ebenso auf höchstem Niveau. Man hat den Eindruck dass in jedem Bereich das Personal hochprofessionell und 1A geschult ist.

Das Abendprogramm könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein, aber dafür bietet Ayia Napa an sich schon sehr viele Möglichkeiten.

Außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel.

Ein wirklich traumhaftes Hotel, mitten im Agia Napa. Extrem schöne Pool Landschaft. Liegen werden gemeinsam mit dem Personal am 1. Tag ausgewählt und stehen einem dann den ganzen Aufenthalt zur Verfügung. Absolut perfekt, so gibt’s nie Probleme mit den Liegen. Wunderschöne Zimmer, auf der richtigen Seite sogar mit Meerblick beim Duschen.

Fabulous couples only hotel!

The hotel staff was amazing. The property and its facilities really good. Our room was perfect. We chose the deluxe Seaview. The view of the ocean from hotel was amazing. The best part about the room were the beds. The beds are designed especially for an individual to have good sleep. They have a whole science behind their mattress and their pillows especially designed for a couple. We went off season, or the beginning of the season one might say, so I felt the rooms were a little pricey, but it’s OK because we personally had a great experience from our trip. The property is located in the centre of Aiya Napa, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, beach, and beach restaurants. Though Nissi beach is not a walking distance, you might have to take a cab to reach there, which is not more than five minutes. But we were very happy with the location of the hotel as the view from our balcony was amazing of the ocean. The party Street with clubs and bars is a walking distance from this hotel. We went in the beginning of April, so the weather was sunny, but chill wins during the day and the temperature would drop too anywhere between 16 to 18° at night. We loved it as we Were coming from Dubai. Considering this particular time of the year, Aiya Napa was the best choice for us compared to staying in Pahos or anywhere else.

The pool water was not temperature controlled :( We would’ve really enjoyed using the pool, but the water was too cold. The water was too cold in the sea as well so it would have been nice if the pool water was not so cold as well.

The beauty of this hotel was in the details!!!

We spent only two days in this wonderful "oasis" and I must confess that this was one of the best hotels we have stayed in here in Cyprus. The magic is in the details, every little detail was thought of and there were many little details. We felt special and enjoyed every moment we spent at the Amanti. Excellent service throughout!!! We will definitely return and we heartily recommend it to you!!!

Loved this place!! Would go back for a longer stay.

Breakfast was fantastic so much choice, location was great - close to the lovely beach. Pool area lovely, beds comfortable, service menu and booking system all great. Everything was very clean and tidy. Rooms perfect. Staff all very friendly and helpful. They all really like working there!

If I had to moan about something it would only be the pool bar was in the shade otherwise I give this place full marks. They really know their clientele, you can tell they've done their research and want to make it perfect for their guests.

Excellent service , all staff was with a big smile and kindness. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were amazing. Spa wellness centre and massage perfect. The hotel is beautiful' location is good

The staff is unpleasant. the manager of the hotel was rude and condescending. he insulted me. The food is terrible I live in Cyprus and go to hotels serval times a year. this hotel has the potential to be amazing if the hotel manager would have known to get comments from unsatisfied costumers. service is the most important thing in every hotel. no matter how fancy the hotel is if the service is bed you will not go back. would never stay there again

Need to wait half an hour to check in in a queue. Staff very slow and unprofessional! Lady at the counter said “we have your partners’ data from your previous stay” excuse me lady but what if i was with somebody else the previous time???😂🙄 really unprofessional
