goStops is super clean, well organised, and an excellent stay close to cafes, shops & Ma Ganga!

I liked the cleanliness of the entire establishment, however do not book if you don't have a modern phone as when I arrived I was guided to download the app and the app was used to open my room door. Without a phone I am not certain what options are available. Also I had to make certain that I left charge on my phone so I could re-enter my room in the evenings. I wish to emphasise on the positive room and entire premises hygiene. It is possibly one of the best budget places I have ever stayed and I would not hesitate to book again.

I didn't like that I needed to download an app to open my room; however the entire process was easy enough, but could limit older clients or those travelling with older phones - those people still travel! The location might not be suited to unfit persons or people with any difficulty walking up steep terrain. It is a steep climb to this hotel entry. Perhaps seek prior assistance with luggage, or contact the hotel prior to arrival for other options if this could effect you. Otherwise I did not mind the short steep walk. Great meal options are offered in house, with an excellent night manager and overall facilities in general. As stated above, I would not hesitate to recommend or book again.

The Best Stay

I like the size of the rooms, the hygiene over there, the staff specially (Mukesh, Tarun Shubham and Avantika) all are very friendly and professional too at the same time. Also, the terrace view was absolutely beautiful ❤️

Good value place but you better avoid the week end if you want to sleep!

This is the first GoStops we were staying in and the concept is very good! Lots of staff (probably because low season and week day we arrived), they could have been more friendly. The one who checked us in has been interactive all our stay long but others were more like "away" in their own world. The room is clean and big, good bathroom, nice view and balcony, would recommend it!

We decided to leave earlier than expected due to the "Saturday Night Fever" we had to endure. The rules are very clearly written everywhere (no more hanging out or rooftop gathering after 10 PM) but not followed at all and the feeling has been to try to sleep in a night club. We were in between corridor music with screaming and the rooftop where guests were obviously unable to move the chairs without dragging it on the floor. I would recommend to stay there week days and get ready for the party on week end evenings but that was not the purpose of our time there

Wonderful stay

Good to network, chill, meet new people and have fun. Have good dorms with balconies. Loved the terrace and the view.

Lakshman jhula was closed due to which had to walk almost 2kms, commute is little difficult to and from the place for Tapovan or other places.

Connecting with the property turned to really difficult at 4am in the morning...i have to struggle with location with baggage it was tough as i was solo travelling.

The location is quite in the hill but the view is great.

The staff they are polite but a lady staff not very supportive. The room should be more clean and the toilet is quite smelly. The reality looks worse than the photo.
