Great hospitality, very comfortable and clean space

The house was very clean. Mr Panayotis was very responsive and polite. There was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable and not too packed. The garden was incredible and fenced so we enjoyed most of our time outside relaxing. The interior was very cozy and traditional. All amenities required to cook etc were included. The cats outside were friendly and our dog was not even alarmed by them

Bardzo polecam tą willę!Wyposażona,przestrzenna,czysta,dużo miejsca do spania,jest wszystko ( a nawet więcej) co jest potrzebne. Właściciele bardzo dobrze traktują goście! Byliśmy naprawdę miło zaskoczeni,ponieważ myśleliśmy że warunki będą o wiele gorsze. Klimatyzacja, zmywarka,pralka,dużo naczyń, sprzęt do grillowania, sprzęt do prasowania, dużo ręczników ( w tym plażowe),pościel, WiFi...i dużo dużo więcej wszystkiego.Polecam serdecznie i pozdrawiam właścicieli!

Výjimečné ubytování

Rozměrné a velmi dobře vybavené ubytování s velmi dobře vybavenou kuchyni, nechyběla velká lednice, krb, televize, funkční topení klimatizací, dvě koupelny kombinované se záchodem (jedna s vanou), venkovní terasa s posezení a s grilem, zasklená terasa v prvním patře, parkování po straně domu, společnost kočiček všude kolem. Ideální ubytování, do kterého bych se rád znovu vrátil.

Omezené množství elektrických zásuvek v pokojích.

La struttura è immensa e offre le più disparate soluzioni alloggiative. L'intera struttura è a disposizione. Pulizia ineccepibile. Posizione ottima, silenziosa ma a due minuti dal centro (necessaria l'auto).

Excellent place to stay.

A lovely property in a good location if you have your own transport. Slightly higher than the city, making it a little cooler which was welcome. Plenty of space and good facilities. Would use again if returning.

Exceptional

Villa Nikitas is a very big and clean house, great place for a family trip. Konia hills views are breathtaking, it is perfect starting point to view as much as possible from the beautiful Paphos area. Staff is very nice, kind and always helpful, communication was smooth just as all our stay. Perfect place for calm and active vacation at the same time.:)

we have had a lovely stay, good for a family.

big and specious house, nice garden, friendly cats. maintenance can improve a bit. but in general you have all required equipment , good kitchen and comfortable sitting room.

Its a complete house, great equipments, definitely you dont need anything inside, very great location for quiet and great atmosphere. Lovely cozy of traditional style.

A lil bit moldy smell. An AC downstairs will be great. Some furnitures need some renovation.

Lovely villa, if you rent a car it’s super worth it for the price

Excellent place for a group of friends exploring cyprus.

We had a great time at Villa Nikitas. Very spacy, nice terrace, full of everything you might need. Very comfortable and well fought of. Water, maps, guides, anticeptics, even masks were there available. Few cats were coming to entertain us in the evening :) excellent stay overall, will definitely come back :)

For this price, surely a value for money option.

Very spacious and comfortable. The most equipped holiday house we've ever visited. Safe neighborhood.

If some need replacement and maintenance issues are taken care of, the house will be of a much greater value. I would suggest also the installment of air conditioning on the ground floor, a bigger TV and perhaps a tent in the garage.

Not that bad

I liked that the person I talked to was very friendly and helpful. He was very willing to serve us and make our stay convenient. The house is big so is the lovely garden. The rooms are well-ventilated and bright. There is a parking spot that can fit 3 cars and that's pretty great if you go there with a group of friends. It's not far away from the mall either.

As soon as we entered, there was a very distinctive awful smell like dirty mop or closed space and the house wasn't as clean as we wished, even though the man I talked to on the phone mentioned that the cleaning lady had just cleaned it. I guess it's time you find another cleaning lady mister. The house could be equipped with a steam iron, a hairdryer and better mattresses, too. Also, there are too many cats in the garden that don't hesitate to enter the house and step on the beds. Other than that, for a house that can accommodate many people, this place is ideal.
