About this apartment rental

Situated in the beautiful fishing village of Alvor, the apartment is perfectly situated just 5-minutes walk from the village centre and 10-minutes from the beautiful sandy beach stretching for miles, but also situated in a lovely complex in a quiet location.

A large well equipped two bedroom apartment with en-suite bathrooms to each room. The master consists of a comfy King sized bed, whilst the second bedroom has twins. A large sofa bed provides ample space to sleep six, with air conditioning in the main living room.
The apartment is a Duplex on the first and second floor, with both living room and both bedrooms overlooking the lovely pool, village and distant views of the sea.

There is also free wifi, flat screen TV and sound bar with UK and Sky channels. There is also a selection of books and games if quiet night in is on the agenda.

There are a total of four balconies, two on the first floor with can be accessed from the lounge-diner and kitchen, plus two more which can be accessed from both bedrooms plus a laundry area situated on the second floor. There is also an additional cloakroom with toilet and basin on the lower floor.

The kitchen is large enough to accommodate a table to seat six in addition to space outside for alfresco dining, so including the dining area, plenty of options where to eat. Alternatively if you wish to go out, there are lots of local restaurants close to the apartment providing excellent local food.

Fantastic apartment in wonderful location. Everything you would need and much more. Great space, lovely pool area and ideal for us all. Our sixth visit to Alvor and we all agreed that this apartment was the best by miles. Already planning on booking again for next year.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We stayed in the apartment 10 nights July 24. 2 adults 2 teens It was everything we wanted. Spacious, well equipped, clean , comfortable, quiet. Pool area excellent.

Lovely duplex apartment. Quiet residential location, but in easy reach of amenities and beach. Sandra the owner was friendly and helpful throughout. Alvor is a sweet resort and we will definitely visit again.

This appartment was beautiful, spacious and very clean. Sandra was a wonderful host and answered our messages quickly. It is close to a supermarket, beach and lots of restaurants. It was also very quiet at night. It has a beautiful pool and a parking space as well. Alvor is close to many other interesting towns. We rented a car for a week and were able to drive around and visited few other towns.We are definitely considering coming back to Portugal. Alvor is very pretty. Thank you Sandra for all your help and kindness!

We had a great holiday in Alvor for the first time. The accommodation was spacious, modern, well equipped and clean. The pool was large and surrounded by gardens and plenty of sun loungers. The accommodation was no more than a 5 minute stroll into town for plenty of bars and restaurants. The beach was 15 mins walk, but down hill on the way and happy to stop for a cold drink or ice cream on the way back. Sandra was lovely and a great communicator. A folder with all you needed to know was left for guests to use. Fantastic ❤️

Everything was just perfect, from booking to arriving everything was excellent. The property was just what we were looking for. Very clean. Excellent pool area that was very quiet. The location of property was ideal for walking in to centre of Alvor.

This was our 3rd visit to Alvor and 1st time at this apartment. Apartment was lovely and had everything that we needed to have a fantastic holiday, can't praise the quality of this apartment high enough and simply can't wait to visit again. Such a lovely and relaxing pool area and very child friendly, couple of mins walk to the main bars and restaurants, perfect place to stay

From booking through to leaving the apartment Sandra was prompt and helpful with our stay. We always stay in this apartment block when we visit Alvor and Sandra's apartment was the best yet. Spacious, clean and well furnished. Our family couldn't fault it. Alvor itself is a fabulous place to visit. Don't hesitate booking.

Just back from a lovely week in Alvor. Apartment was great. Very clean, well equipped, quiet complex. We never struggled to find loungers around the pool and pool was never very busy. Sandra was amazing, super helpful and always replied to any questions or queries quickly. Would definitely recommend

Wir haben in dieser Anlage schon öfter eine Wohnung gemietet. Da unsere Stammwohnung diesmal von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt wurde, sind wir auf diese Wohnung ausgewichen. Wir haben es nicht bereut. Alles picobello sauber und modern eingerichtet. Zukünftig werden wir wahrscheinlich wieder diese Wohnung nehmen, wenn sie frei ist. Man hat vom Schlafzimmer sogar Meerblick. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich.

Can’t say enough good things about our stay in Alvor. Sandra and Dan were super. Sandra gave us a walking tour of the village the day after our arrival The condo is large, bright, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and a short walk away from the town and grocery store The complex is very lovely and well maintained. Best of all was how quickly Sandra and Dan responded to our requests. They were always available, courteous and made us feel like family. We couldn’t have asked for better landlords. We highly recommend this condo. It is absolutely perfect!

We had a brilliant family holiday in this lovely apartment. The location is great - Close to shops, the town centre (with its excellent restaurants) and a 15 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment complex has a great pool which wasn’t too crowded even in August and our children loved it. The apartment is spacious, clean and very well equipped. We had a warm welcome from Stef and Mick who were so helpful. We hope to return!

The apartment in Alvor was very clean and perfectly situated close to the town where there are many beautiful restaurants. The pool is wonderful with plenty of space and sun loungers. The supermarket being very close by was great and has everything you need. We had a wonderful stay at this well equipped and spacious apartment making a great family holiday.

This gem of a property has everything you need. Clean and comfortable, great beds and comfy sitting area. Everything you'd need from a kitchen a d multiple balconies. We absolutely loved it A ten minute walk to the centre and 15 minutes from thd beach. Steph a d Mi k were the perfect hosts and were on hand to help us during our holiday. Also speedy responses from Sandra, the owner when we gas s y questions. You'll be well looked after. Great property and great customer service.

This apartment is handily located, with the town center, the beach and supermarket all within an short walk. The apartment was clean and tidy and finished to a high standard. the pool was clean and considering it was the middle of August there was always space around the pool. Would recommend it and would book again for myself if ever in Alvor.
