Exceptional
nice floor plan well stocked
the photo makes it appear more private than it is. The front yard isn’t that big.

101 Ulena Ln Oak Ridge ABSOLUTELY recommend.
I normally stay at the hotels when I come home for a visit. I seen this on booking.com and thought I’d give it a try. I was not disappointed. I truly enjoyed this rental. I liked the cleanliness, the space, the kitchen, the ability to cook meals, spending time with my friends and family. This place is an older home that’s got character and charm. It had original hardwoods, 3 bedrooms, very decent sized, especially the master. One of the additional bedrooms had a full and twin bunk bed. The other room had a queen bed. Huge closets for an older home. It had 1&1/2 baths. The main bath had all your essentials, soap, shampoo, conditioner, even baby items if needed. Full laundry. Fully stocked kitchen with an awesome coffee and tea bar. Plenty of living space. The outside back screened in porch was a bonus when the weather is right. A cute play area for your little ones, a pack n play if needed. Plenty of nice thick high quality towels, the master bed was comfy. Adequate pillows. Ample driveway parking, with additional street parking. Quiet neighborhood with serene surroundings yet close to everything. Very informative welcome book. The communication and customer service was A+++. The early morning deers in the yard were absolutely breathtaking. I will definitely return. I recommend this property for anyone wanting a comfy, clean place to stay. I will definitely give this a good rating on Yelp as well.
I’m not going to say I disliked anything, every place always has room for improvement. All my needs were met, if not exceeded. Having a TV in the master would’ve been nice, but I survived without it. The tub and sink in main bath were a little slow to drain, and the tub is much older cast iron without any place to put your toiletries, made for shaving my legs a little difficult… lol We only utilized the master, but there was plenty of sleeping space. The thermostat was a little tricky, never could find a happy medium with it, it was rather difficult to set. Could’ve been me “the operator”. The communication was great. I needed a mixer and she had me one right away. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. I mean from spices, teas, coffees, pots, pans, dish soap, trash bags, storage bags, plates, bowls, spoons forks, soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, curling iron, hair spray to baby items. (You won’t find that at a hotel) etc… I can’t brag enough about it. I made some great banana bread. Cooked a full meal for my ailing father without any issues. It has ample parking for 2 in driveway, plus road side parking. It will be even better when they add a grill. I’ll definitely love that option when it becomes available. It’s a little pricy for the area, but the peace was worth it. The coffee and tea department was A+, my son enjoyed it. I’m just not a hot tea or coffee gal.
