The person at desk Mr. Vinod was a cooperative person.

The hotel price does not justify the amenities. Even the sleeper were given after calling them. I stayed for two days and both days i was told that due to limited number of guests the buffet breakfast was not available.

Cheap quality hotel with outdated facilities

Nothing to like here in the property except some staff who try to do what they can with limited resources..

The property is located approximately 25mtrs from the main road and approach is filthy and open drains flowing freely, one can't walk in the street. The two rooms we booked infested with spiders and some roaches. After complaining we were offered a family room and the floor sticky, beds are hard and not so clean linen. We complained as no hot water in the outdated and smelly bathroom and advised to drain as much as we can and still not of use during our stay. The room Ac is noisy and no proper temperature control, it's either fully coolest or hot.... The lift is too small and outdated, not safe with noisy functioning.

Awesome Experience

Awesome Experience… Had a great time. The rooms were well maintained and clean. The staff were really good and helped us with our queries. Breakfast was awesome

It was a very bad stay.Service is too poor.They should change the receptionist.I would never recomme

Breakfast was just average,they were serving cold food.I went for breakfast at 9.00am.Chola and Paratha were cold.I personally didn't like the breakfast.Location of the hotel is als not suitable for family.

Behaviour of the staffs'at reception counter was not good.They should behave properly and politely.Food quality should be improved.

Poor hotel ..Poorer staff . Beware anyone booking this hotel .

It was pathetic . Bad staff , worst room . Shady place . I wouldnt advice anyone to book this hotel . I had to change the hotel . Except for the reservation manager , Sushma , who called next day to apologise ,,nothing was good about my experience .

Good Hotel in the heart of the city, all restaurants, shopping malls, local market paltan bazaar are nearby.

The shower wasn't having hot water. When complained the staff was kept of asking for timing after 2 hours as well no hot water. When asked at reception they said nobody ever asked for Hot Water.

location - right on Rajpur road

cleanliness - cockroaches in the room. ac unit made so much noise that we couldn’t hear anything. noise in the corridor . could hear people in the next room
