Teure Wohnung mit billigen Charme

Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet Nur in der einen Wohnung 1 war ein Toaster. In der zweiten Wohnung eine Mikrowelle. Es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Lag aber auch da dran, dass die Wohnungen nicht alle besetzt waren Schnelle Reaktion vom Inhaber, der mir eike neue Wohnung gab, nach Reklamationen der ersten Wohnung.

Wohnung 1. Völlig kaputt. Sofa gebrochen und mit unangenehmen Flecken, sodass ich das nicht benutzen wollte. Wohnung 1. Matratzen sehr fleckig und mit Sekreten versehen, die man nicht definieren konnte. Wohnung 1. Küche völlig runter gerockt. Auf den kannten der Arveitsplatte löste sich das Furnier. Das Ceranfeld war sehr verschlissen und befleckt. Der Wasserhahn auf der Spüle war kein richtiger Druck, sodass man beim betätigen ständig alles Nasenspritzte, da unkontrolliert das Wasser aus dem Hahn floß. Wohnung 1. Die Wände waren mit riefen und rissen versehen. Überall Spinnengewebe. Teilweise fehlen die Fußleisten. Wohnung1. Fenster sind teilweise die Rahmen beschmiert gewesen. Der Hausflur war voller Spinnweben und der Boden total verdreckt. Die Haustür demoliert. Draußen lag der Briefkasten neben der Hauswand. Das Grundstück war nicht gepflegt. Überall lagen Zigarettenstummel herum. Wohnung 1. Badezimmer in der Dusche Schimmel, Rost. Toilettensitz Lose. Da billige Ausführung. Wohnung 2. Küche auch schon sehr verschlissen. Türen hängen, Ceranfeld abgenutzt, Furnier der Arveitsplatte löst sich. Kühlschrank defekt. Hat mehr geheizt als gekühlt. Backofen eher eine Gefahr. Da die Fedder der Tür kaputt ist und ständig die Tür sich wieder nach oben drückt. Geschirr und Besteck alt und siffig gewesen. Wohnung 2. Badezimmer Toilettensitz Lose, da billige Ausführung. Extreme laute Geräusche beim spülen der Toilette. Ablassstopfen des Waschbecken defekt. Kein Öffner bzw. Schliesser vorhanden. Auch im Gäste WC nicht. Wohnung 2. Im Wohnzimmer kein Verdunklungsrollo, sodass jeder bei Licht reinschauen konnte. Da die Sicht nur durch eine Gardine am Tag geschützt wurde. EG Wohnung mit direkten Blick auf die Straße Beide Wohnungen haben nur eine sehr einfache Qualität an Möbeln, sodass man aufpassen musste nicht kaputt zu machen, wenn man sich auf einen Stuhl setzt oder die Küche benutzt zum Kochen.

Nice decor, had everything I needed. close to tram station and from there to everywhere. good value for money

no a/c but I understand this is the standard here. also a mosquito net and/or repellent would have been nice.

it was nice and the staff were very helpful. its small but practical for a short stay. the only thing is that its not near the center but that was nice as well with a nice view and a good weather.

Quiet area. Heating when needed.

Bedlinen didn't smell fresh. Bathroom tiles popping up so the door wouldn't close fully. Found two empty beer bottles under the bed and lots of dust, all was cleaned but not under the bed.

Comfortable apartment a short walk from the Rheinsteig

* Easy access to the property via key in lock box at the front door * Friendly host, who followed up with a personal phone call to get feedback * Great wifi signal strength * The best pillows I have experienced all trip - very comfortable & supportive

* The bathroom door has not been hung on its hinges properly, which meant that it could not be closed * Bathroom floor gets wet easily from the shower * Noise from the apartment above filters through easily (sounds from the tv)

Cozy and beautiful 😍

Very cozy apartments, here you will find everything you need, the kitchen is well equipped. The owner is nice and sociable, if you need something you can safely ask him. The apartments are located in a beautiful place.

Beautiful appartments in the nature of NRW !

The host was very friendly. Check-in and check-out are really easy (keys are stored in a locker). The beds and sofas were confortable, and the flat is well equipped. The surroundings are calm, beautiful, but reachable easily from both Bonn and Cologne. Thanks a lot!

Could be good to add some curtains to the windows (but really a detail!)
