Le seul point positif est la proximité avec Lincoln Road/Ocean Drive…

-Les photos ne correspondent pas a la réalité. -Les lits sont très dur et inconfortable, mon conjoint et moi même avons eu des démangeaisons et attraper des boutons…. -Appartement pas insonorisé, toute la nuit nous avons entendu les va et viens des autres voyageurs, la porte est très fine. -pas de volets (seulement des stores), mais la nuit toute les lumières extérieures sont allumées c’est très gênant pour ceux qui n’arrivent pas à dormir avec la lumière

Precio elevado para lo que es . Tiene reserva sin reintegro y eso es muy malo . Húmedad en la pared Baño 2x1 sucio e incómodo Piso roto , clavo levantado . Olor a cigarros . Muy mala calidad precio . Feo lugar .

Una mala pasada en Miami Beach

Si hay algo que debemos rescatar de esta estadía fue siempre la disposición de ayudar que tuvo el personal de aseo y de mantenimiento, siempre estuvieron con buena disposición, siendo amables, muy cordiales.

¿Que nos gustó? La verdad es que nada. Por lejos ha sido la peor experiencia por booking que hemos tenido. El primer día notificamos que el apartamento presentaba un fuerte olor a humedad; apenas abres la puerta del complejo ya se siente la humedad y cuando entras al apartamento es mucho peor. Al día siguiente, le notificamos que nos encontramos con plaga de cucarachas, el cual no fue bien recibido por la anfitriona y se nos puso en duda lo que estábamos informando, por lo tanto, tuvimos que empezar a sacar fotos y videos para poder enviárselo y que de esa manera nos creyera. Le solicitamos en reiteradas ocasiones que nos cambiara de apartamento, pero no quiso porque “las unidades estaban todas completas”. Sin embargo, envió a una persona con un extractor de humedad. Como el extractor no soluciona el problema de las cucarachas, envió a una persona a fumigar y nos dio la opción de devolvernos el dinero y que nos fuéramos a otro lugar (como si fuera muy fácil encontrar alojamiento para las fechas de navidad y año nuevo) . Transcurridos los días, seguimos encontrando cucarachas por todo el apartamento, dentro de nuestras pertenencias personales, , cocina, alimentos. Volvimos a reclamar y la solución fue la misma. El 31 de diciembre nos comenta que nos puede devolver el 100% del alojamiento (¡teniendo en consideración que nuestro alquiler era por 14 noches! Nunca nos había entregado una solución real), pero nos teníamos que ir a las 15:00 horas (¡no sé quién puede conseguir alojamiento un día de año nuevo en menos de 4 horas!, una locura.) Esta solución la anfitriona la entrega luego de reclamarle que en apartamento tiene muchísima humedad, pésima acústica, se escuchaba todo lo que hacían en el apartamento de arriba, tanto así, que otra inquilina salió a eso de las 04:30 am y les pidió que se callaran, ya que los ruidos eran molestos y no dejaban dormir. En relación a las camas eran bastante incómodas, crujen al momento de sentarse o darse vuelta en la noche

Buena estancia para poder conocer south beach

Las instalaciones, muy buena ubicación, cercana a lugares de interés, comida etc. anfitrión muy atento, muy buena comunicación.

Me encanto el lugar , cerca de todo y a cuadras de la playa

Las camas espectaculares, lugar tiene un pequeño patio con terraza. Me encanto

Solo habia una olla chica que no alcanzaba para cocer un paquete de tallarines y la cocina no calentaba mucho.

La ubicación , barrio muy tranquilo. Acceso al Trolley y a las paradas del bus cerca . Lincoln Road y playas cercas también.

Parking! We went with this place to save a little. We did not.. because of parking! A few little quirks with the place itself. Saying it's a 2 bedroom is stretch.

Uncomfortable beds, AC malfunctions, hard to find the place but good location

Nice location

Very difficult to find the place. Building 2 and unit 2 are separate and were not emphasized before check in. I had no service and had to run on roaming to contact owner. AC would randomly turn off and wasn’t explained properly how to use it. Beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Cot provided was covered in sand and in terrible shape and could not be used for a bed. Bath tub is a strange shape and curved in so it was difficult to stand in.

Loved West Deco!

Comfortable beds, cozy apartment style room, all at a great price for the space you get! I enjoy the code based entry instead of a key or key card. The location is great, lots of cool stuff within walking distance and a great place to stay for a convention at the Miami Beach Convention Center

Not much that I didn't like! My only thing would be the bathroom is a little small and I wish there was better parking. But I will say the parking garages nearby provide inexpensive daily rates

Accommodation very well located. Clean. Quiet street.

The only problem is that the staff did not send the key number to enter the accommodation before our arrival. We had to wait outside to get in.

It was perfect for us! Quiet and comfy, perfect for a couple.

We loved the layout. The bathroom was nice and the kitchen was really helpful. Its very close to Trader Joes and some good affordable restaurants. Quiet street and a nice walk to busier South Beach.

Parking was challenging but that seems to be the case for most of South Beach. We found a public lot a few blocks north on 16th that was helpful.

Disappointing at best.

The location is great.

The bathroom is super small and you can hardly move. The place was not clean enough and you have to find parking on your own. The property photos did not match the actual thing and it was disappointing.

Overall, we appreciated the location, convenience and the wonderful staff.

The apartment is very central and in a lovely neighborhood with a lot of great food options nearby. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and the cleaning staff was great. In general, the furniture was basic, but everything was clean and well maintained.

From the photos, it didn't occur to me that there are 2 beds at the entrance of the house. This was a bit awkward, but since we were out most of the time, it was ok. Also, there was one bathroom for 3 people and it was only accessible by going through one person's bedroom, which was difficult for early and late shower and bathroom needs.

I enjoyed the stay and would come back in the flat.

The flat was basic, quite well equipped in the kitchen. The position was really good. the air conditioning was extremely efficient and silent. The building was also very silent in the night. Caterina was very kind and I had the opportunity of having sheets and towels changed whenever I wanted. We had a leak of water and they arranged it very quickly.

In 14 days, only once I have seen a cleaning up, but I was not satisfied with the service. I asked for a new cleaning of the bathroom the moment I returned in the flat and discovered the bathroom was not clean, they sent the same cleaner, but everything remained as it was. I had to buy a detergent and some rags. I had preferred to have the equipment for cleaning myself. The sheets were made of polyester, which gives me allergy. I had preferred to have cotton ones. I asked, and Caterina found some made of viscose.

The Confort of the beds. Have the possibility of staying in a little house. The free troley to the beach that pass in the back street. Near from shops and restaurants. The simpaty of the owner.
