Absolutely delightful!

We had a great stay! The house was cozy, well-maintained, and very clean. It had everything we needed, and more! The selection of amenities and pantry ingredients was a wonderful bonus for us. The host was very accommodating with our requests. We wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the beautiful garden and house, but we'll definitely be back!

Had a brilliant stay, in a lovely part of Wangaratta, convenient to the river and town centre.

Provision of food items in the pantry and fridge was excellent, good range of cookware and crockery/cutlery, layout of house was excellent, and the carport, sunroom and rear yard were brilliant too.

Main concerns were about the TV. It appears to have a Chromecast unit connected but we couldn't get it to work, and the display has a off-colour patch above and to the right of centre. Free to air channel reception was also a bit unreliable.

Cottage on Gray is a place that had everything for a great stay in Wangaratta.

We enjoyed so many elements, the house had charm, was cozy, comfortable and warm. The location was central to the town and walking tracks. The breakfast and food was well stocked. The electrical requirement, lighting, heating were all working. The property was clean and well maintained. The attention to detail and the many extras that were added were great. The owner was always contactable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would recommend the property without hesitation.

I would say that there wasnt anything that we didnt like. Overall, we had a wonderful time staying at the cottage.

Lovely Cottage in Wangaratta

Clean, spacious, lovely back garden, all amenities provided, extras like fresh bread eggs milk butter etc provided, easy access to walking trails, close to shops and restaurants.

100% felt like home.

Everything was perfect!! We will stay again! There was everything we needed, clean, cosy and close to walking tracks and the river.

We would like to book again but the dates tell us that it is only available for 7 nights at minimum. We were looking at another 1 or 2 nights as we travel for our children to attend the gotafe.

We had a terrific time away, and hope to return in the future.

There were provisions for a good breakfast, with quality food in the pantry and fridge, plus a bottle of wine. We had all that we needed to have a very comfortable stay away. The bed was very comfy, and the house was very clean.

Exceeded expectations !

Everything was Amazing!! Clean,comfi beds, coffee machine,breakfast and other food supplies, well thought out and had everything you could possibly need and way more!! Great host communication. Beautiful house , well set out and in a quiet location.Felt like home...only much cleaner than ours !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Being close to the recreation facilities and town made our stay for a sporting weekend

Perfectly located close to town and river walk in a quiet street. Beautifully presented with all conveniences and plenty of room.

Nothing to dislike, property was perfect.

Exceptional in cleanliness, warmth, comfort and decor. Outdoor dining plus fire pit in a beautiful garden setting. Generous extra features including:- Games, magazines, books; Laundry facilities; Kitchen appliances, utensils and pantry items; Overall space. I would highly recommend this home.

Absolutely brilliant!

Fantastic, spacious and very clean cottage with everything you needed including basic pantry items, fully equipped kitchen, 2 separate living areas, outdoor setting, BBQ, cute and very well maintained garden, easy parking. Fans in each room and high ceilings are helpful for summer, as well as a split system for cooling. Central temperature controlled heating. Separate bath and shower. Great location with walking paths close by to get into town. Will definitely be booking to stay here again. Would highly recommend.

Home away from home

Great Location and very comfortable, cottage had everything we needed and a few extras on arrival. Would definitely stay again . The record player was a nice touch and a bit of fun.

This is our #1 stay to date!

The cottage is an excellent for a base to visit the Alpine Region. It is spacious, well appointed and has a comfortable ambience. We “ate in” for dinner and found the kitchen to be well equipped (special shout out to the Culinare veggie peeler😊), and the BBQ spotless. We would have loved to been able to linger longer to get to enjoy the delightful outdoor area. The location was quiet and felt very safe. Our host was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. We have already recommended it to family and friends.

Exceptional

The property was tastefully decorated and had all the creature comforts of home eg. Cooling,heating etc. This property is advertised dog friendly and that was certainly the case. We were able to leave our miniature dachshund in the backyard knowing she was not able to escape. If you are a walker there is a path close by that runs beside the river and leads you to cafe precinct.

No coffee table. I would suggest nest of tables?

Lovely cottage, administrative errors caused undue stress.

The cottage is lovely, the garden is beautiful. Fantastic that it's pet friendly. Amenities provided are good.

Administrative errors made by the host in accepting the booking caused undue stress and were poorly handled. Hopefully these matters will be rectified for future bookings as I understand this was the host's first experience with Booking.com.
