A peaceful getaway

location and view

There were couple of issues i.e. dust, cobweb and insects inside the house, some of the fans didn’t work.

Caution about how it's advertised

House was clean and nice and the kitchen was fully stocked.

It was advertised as four bathrooms but there were only 2 with three toilets. One of the toilets wasn't working properly either (kept flushing) and the other didn't have a curtain. Add to the fact it was advertised as pet friendly but then got told afterwards only outside made it feel like a bait and switch.

pleasant and comfortable

very spacious

the oven could do with a proper clean. also the attitude of one of the gentleman staff at the real estate who threatened me that there was a policeman neighbour who would report any party if there was one. this was because he failed to understand my conversation that I was coming to the island for a family reunion and to celebrate my brothers 70th birthday -he lives on the island and the party was held at his house. the guy jumped to the conclusion that we were going to hold a party and was plain rude and arrogant. had I not paid upfront I would have cancelled and rebooked elsewhere - he should not be in a customer focussed employment. thank you

A beautiful home well presented and clean with all your basic necessities. Highly recommended for big groups or families

Layout of bedrooms and open plan kitchen dining separate living for the teenage kids downstairs. Plenty of space and well maintained. Clean and easy access to beach and shops.

Not much to dislike but if we had to make one suggestion it would probably be for more instructions on typical items if use: 1. Oven 2. Wifi troubleshoot 3. Washing machine/ dryer 4. Instructions on whether we needed to replenish items such as light household foods (tea coffee capsules etc), laundry power, detergents, sanitisers? We weren’t sure if we were meant to replenish after use.

Family getaway.

Nice house,good location not far from anything. Owners were very easy to communicate with and always had a fast response to any question/ email. Very good quality utensils in the kitchen. Most importantly it was cleaned well! Thanks for a lovely weekend :)

The beds :( they sink in the middle and you get a sore back. Bit to uncomfortable....
