Wonderful hotel!

The hotel is ideally situated right on the ocean, and just a short few minutes drive to the Old Town. The ocean here is warm and crystal-clear. We were so impressed that the hotel provides loungers, cushions, umbrellas to take across the street and use in the beach. The room was beautifully appointed and the balcony offered a fantastic view of the ocean.

Our only complaint is that the bed is very hard. I would suggest that the hotel add a mattress topper to the bed.

Eindruck am Anfang gut-am Ende absolut unprofessionell

Die Lage ist toll. Nur über die Straße und man ist am Strand. Die Stadt Zadar ist 10 Autominuten entfernt.

Ausstattung des Hotels etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Check out ist schon um 10 Uhr, zwar kann man Koffer im Hotel lassen und da auch noch duschen, dennoch sehr zeitig. Leider durften wir auch auf Nachfrage nicht länger bleiben. Die Koffer stehen in einem Restaurant, das öffentlich zugänglich ist. Dusche ist auch in diesem Restaurant. Leider war der Chef des Hotels von der ursprünglichen Bewertung, die 8 Punkte ergab entsetzt und schrie mich an. Ein absolut unprofessionelles Verhalten, weswegen ich die Bewertung geändert habe.

Amazing stay

Acommodation is just amazing. Nice and clean rooms worh everything that you may need (AC, fridge, hairdryer). Next to the sea and beach with amazing view of an old city of Zadar. Host was super friendly and breakfast was great.

Clean immaculate room with view! Serene property to stay on

no breakfast. Welcome was friendly and informative of the area and where to eat. View was from our terrace across small street from the beach and Zadar town in the background. Wonderful bikes were provided so we could explore the Sunset side of the peninsula. Easily talked to the family that owns the property as they were very engaging. So Peaceful, We Would stay even longer next time

Wonderful stay! Marko was the perfect host. Really welcoming and friendly. Helped me arrange travel to to the Piltvice lakes and recommended other places to visit in Zadar.Room was spacious,clean and comfortable.Villa Location is beautiful and right next to the marina with restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back to visit again and would recommend to others 100%

well situated on the sea front. Marco could not do enough for us. from organising our taxi from the airport and back to sorting a lovely island boat trip. Highly recommend staying here. no regrets. thank you Marco

beatyful view for a sea, extremly close to park, sea (5m), to the city center, is not a Hotel but rooms was clean every day, breakfast was served freshly made and in beautyful garden.

The perfect place to stay in Zadar

As soon as we arrived, I wished we were staying more than one night. Marco and his family were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was in the first floor with a terrace overlooking the beach across the streets. beach loungers and umbrellas were provided for free - an unexpected bonus! We rode into town on the provided bikes (free again!) so we wouldn’t have to worry about parking in old town. it was a great ride. The room was also fully stocked with a mini bar. We really appreciated the extra touches. It made our stay truly enjoyable.

The street-facing rooms were a little loud.

Perfect view, next to the water. Very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and the size of the place is perfect for a short vacation for two people. Hosts are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. It’s about an hour walk to the old town, but there is a bus available, alternatively, Uber is quite cheap.

A perfect place to relax and explore Zadar.

Everything! Everything was great. Large studio for myself and one bedroom for my daughter and her fiancé. it was nice to be able to cook in for a change. The bedding was really nice. Location excellent. Nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle and not drag suitcase for a long distance. But a short ride, walk or bike and you can be in the old town. Marko and the whole family were wonderful and helpful.

Didn't like that we had to leave.

Great place to stay!

Everything was amazing. Villa Ivana is run by a family and they make their guests feel very welcome and cared for. There is beach equipment and bicycles, recommendations for sights and local restaurants are excellent! And the breakfasts are good too!

Amazing place to visit!

Owners are kind and very nice! Location is perfect - in front of the beach. Breakfast was good and delicious! We rent bikes too and it was super fun and easy!

Perfect place to explore Zadar and enjoy the beach

The location is excellent: right by the beach across from the Zadar city center. We could make use of bikes free of charge offered by the proporty to reach the city. We also could use their lounge chairs for the beach. Very friendly advice on where to go and what to visit.
