Here, you're a four-minute stroll from Rosenthaler Platz, with its bustling array of cafes, art galleries, eateries and bars, and handy public transport links. You'll find this home tucked away in a leafy row of elegant, pastel-hued architecture. Inside, it's a timeless combination of high ceilings and parquet flooring, adorned with contemporary decor and a vibrant colour pallete. We love the open-plan living space, with its fully-equipped kitchen, dining table and cosy corners for relaxation, including a plush l-shaped sofa and little reading nook. Slide open the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and discover the sleek private balcony. Offering pretty views of the courtyard below, this is your very own secluded sanctuary from Mitte's hustle and bustle. After a restful slumber, spend mornings perched here, coffee cup in hand, enjoying the peace and quiet, before slipping out for breakfast. For baked goods and coffee, we recommend Zeit für Brot, five minutes away on foot and conveniently located next to Weinberg Park, a beautiful spot for picnics.
