About this cabin rental

Tucked away in the rolling hills between the Cotswolds and the Chilterns, you'll find this charming shepherd's hut. Equally fabulous all year round, it's ready to welcome a couple who are excited to spend a romantic holiday together exploring the wonderful countryside. With its vaulted wooden ceiling and cute heart-shaped details, you'll feel right at home in no time at all. Light up the wood-burning stove and snuggle up together after dinner – make sure to pack a few great books to read by the fire. You can head out to the terrace on warmer days to enjoy an evening tipple in the fresh air as you admire the countryside views. And, if you're in need of some entertainment, there's even a shared games room with a ping-pong table where you can get competitive, Don't forget your walking boots, as this area is best explored on foot – the verdant landscapes are a beautiful place to wander and relax. The famous Cotswold villages are just a short drive away, where you can admire the chocolate box cottages and stop off for afternoon tea. And, with historic Oxford just a forty-minute car ride away, you can visit the famous university town for a day trip too. Home truths: *There is allocated driveway parking for two cars *There is an enclosed garden area, which is fully fenced *Logs for the wood burner are only supplied from the beginning of October to the end of April, while coal and gas for the barbecue are supplied from the beginning of April to the end of September *This home is part of a working farm with other properties nearby, so if you want complete isolation this may not be the right home for you *50MB broadband is available on the estate and is split evenly between all six properties – this might affect your streaming speed *Events are not permitted without prior consent *The outdoor seating is not the most comfortable to lounge and relax on
