About this house rental

If you're after countryside tranquillity but don't want to compromise on modern style and comfort, this brilliant barn conversion makes for a memorable Cotswold escape. The river Thames runs along the end of the garden, and there’s even a private jetty, so you can swim or paddleboard in the river. With six bedrooms – each with its own en-suite – this huge home can accommodate your whole extended family for that annual family reunion or special celebration, and you can even bring your furry friends along. We love how well-equipped this home is when it comes to keeping the whole group together and entertained – from the large rustic trestle table to the snug with beanbags, where you can catch up on your favourite shows or watch classic movies. Packing your walking shoes is a given, but don't forget your swimming trunks too, if you are planning to make use of the steamy hot tub for a stargazing session. Visit the historic city of academia, full of dramatic spires and striking architecture – Oxford's only a thirty-minute drive from your crowd-pleasing pad. Home truths: *Two of the super king-size beds can be set up as twin beds on request *You'll need a car to make the most of this rural location – there is allocated driveway parking for a maximum of six cars *This home is part of a working farm with other properties nearby *Coal and gas for the barbecue are only supplied to guests between April – September *The two pull out beds in bedroom six must be requested at time of booking *Hen and stag groups are not permitted, and events are not permitted without prior consent
