Excellent Everything ..

Excellent Location near to Interlaken just a single train stop away best this is the hotel offer free tickets to Roam in Interlaken , Super Breakfast and off course very friendly staff , In short it was a very good experience staying over-there..

Bath Rooms should be adjacent to Bedrooms ..

Loved it!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shared bathrooms and shower were clean, the staff was great, and breakfast was good. Beautiful location and very affordable.

I didn't like that the attached restaurant is so popular that we couldn't eat there. 😂 If you want to stay and plan on eating there, make dinner reservations with your room reservation.

Una experiencia inolvidable

Excelente atención de la encargada, súper atenta a todo lo que necesites. Desayuno muy bueno! Las instalaciones son estilo cabaña, sin TV, súper cómodo el espacio, estacionamiento sin cargo, restaurante en el mismo hotel, te dan voucher para el transporte, la vista de la habitación era increíble, a la montaña y ciudad.

Baño compartido, en la habitación tenía una pileta o bacha pero incómoda para ir en familia con bebé.

Surprised the room came with balcony. A large one, facing toward the street.

The church bell next door, every hour it rings. Every 15mins interval it rings. With the window/door closed during the summer, it like an oven, but it the only way to soundproof the room. With the door/window open, fresh cool air get circulated inside, but you will lose sleep since the church bell rings, even at 3am at night. Ear plugs wont work if you're a light sleeper. But overall, location is excellent. Next to supermarket and train station. If only the bells was silence during sleep hours.

Nice and clean place, very helpful and friendly staff

Quiet place and nice view on Jungfrau. Location is good on wilderswill train station but far away interlaken city. Which means you have to catch last train back to Wilderswil soonest possible.

Comfortable stay in good location

Entire floor in traditional house with lots of character. Beautiful view of older village. Nicely renovated living and bedroom and good amount for space for family of 4. Large dining table, functional kitchen and bathroom. The induction cooktop was great and wifi fast. Other small appliances: Nespresso coffee maker, water cooker. The fridge was large (for European standards) but did not have a freezer compartment. No microwave or toaster but we used oven instead. Great Access to the valley, directly located at the train station and free use of train with the cards issued by the hotel. Walking distance to grocery stores.

First view of bathroom made it look slightly run down but everything functional (good water pressure, too) and clean.

Very good

The location of the place was superb, being conveniently situated near Interlaken West station. It was merely a short distance away, and you could easily spot the signboards from the station. The staff members were incredibly friendly and even offered Interlaken discount coupons for transportation. The accommodation itself was a homestay facility, featuring a modest interior with a shared bathroom. The bathrooms were well-maintained and provided essential toiletries, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene.

The breakfast offered was satisfactory.

Friendly hospitality very close to the train station serving the Jungfraujoch area

wonderful stay

We stayed in this hotel over the weekend and we enjoyed it. The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the train station and bus stop. They served a fresh breakfast with a good variety. We also had dinner there and it was absolutely great!! I would definitely recommend it.

Very good hotel for a short stay. Dining room for dinner and breakfast was exceptional.

Dinner and Breakfast were exceptional. Service from staff was first class. Beds comfortable. Plenty of hot water and great shower. Close to train station. Very quiet.

Good location, but not value for money.

Location is good. Walking distance from the Wilderswil train station. View from the balcony is also worth it (depends on the weather though).

- No iron. - Breakfast only has Kellogg’s cornflakes, bread, croissants, milk, packaged juice, meat, boiled eggs and sometimes fruits. Not worth the price you pay and so it’s better it you buy some stuff from nearby Volg or Migros stores (walking distance) and have it in your room/balcony. - You’ll hear bells every hour/half hour/quarter entire day & night. - Vegetarian pasta cost us approx 20 Euros, so not a cheap place to eat (hotel’s restaurant is at ground floor).

The place was so convenient for the transport and foods. Value for money.

There was no microwave at room or common place. Everytime we need to go counter reception for help, it's a bit we disturb them. Other all is ok .
