About this cabin rental

This cosy cottage is set within the picturesque grounds of a working farm, just a six-minute drive from the historic market town of Faringdon. A converted farm building, bursting with character, it's a warm and cosy rural escape for a family or group of friends. Pack your best walking boots and come ready to explore your surroundings, including quaint villages, traditional pubs and riverside walks along the Thames – you'll find it just at the bottom of the field. Hop in the car and explore the Cotswolds – it's just a thirty-minute drive to idyllic Bibury to feed the fish at the Trout Farm. After a long day out, you'll come back to this comfortable haven with underfloor heating, a log-burning stove and quintessential farm views from every room. We particularly love the master bedroom, which is accessed up its own staircase – perfect if you value a bit of peace and privacy. And with each bedroom boasting its own en-suite (even if you have to nip down some stairs to reach one of them) there won't be any queueing for the shower each morning. Home truths: *The master super king-size bed can be set up as two single beds on request *A cot and high chair are available – just ask the host *There's driveway parking for a maximum of three cars *The garden area is not secure so dogs and children will need to be supervised *Logs for the wood burner are only supplied from October to April, while coal and gas for the barbecue are supplied from April to September *This home is part of a working farm with other properties nearby *Events and same-sex groups are not permitted *There's laptop-friendly workspace and a private entrance *One of the bedrooms has a separate shower and dressing area on the ground floor, with stairs up to the bedroom
