1). Building Entering Key fob was faulty and not working, every time we had to wait for other guests if they could help us to open the door so we could park our car and get in or get out. we faced lots of trouble since we arrived there.
2). The Bathroom ( Shower door was broken and left inside the shower ) - shower can not be used (the Customer service informed that the was broken by previous guest, this is clear proof that they knew about it, and the sold apartment for future booking when this was not ready).
3). 2nd Bathroom the drain was blocked but was never clear - can not be used.
4). There was inside the building a very bad smell of guttering in the both building and as well as in the both bathrooms.
5). There was spider web hanging on sealing near TV side.
6). On The Parking Area, Continuously guttering leaking heavily like drain pipe burst over there. which caused to bed smell our car get dirty as well as our cloth get dirty which we wearing on that time because dirty water coming middle of the room where no way you can save your self near the parking 11.
7). Other issue, there was no bin line in the all toilets
8). There was no toilet brush in one toilets.
9). There was no hand wash in one toilets.
Despite of promise they never come to resolved the issue accept provide substitute key fob next midday.
I and my whole family faced these issues and could not have a bath or shower whole of their stay.

It was too hot even with the fans.
Bath water ages to drain. Fob for gate took ages to work. Hard to open and lock door with keys.

I recently stayed at BEVOLVE Apartments in Shrewsbury and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped, providing all the comforts of home. The location to the city centre is excellent, a 10 minute walk. Right by the train station, future visits by train may happen.
As crazy as it is, I really liked the parking. Yes you have to reverse in, but you just felt your vehicle was safe and the door to the apartment was right there too.
Only one tea towel and no oven gloves. So I didn't want to cook. No washing up cloths (bought some) and we don't really make enough mess to use a dishwasher (sorry).
The two remote controls for the TV didn't work so we bought some batteries to get them going.

There's isn't any parking, and the people on the phone would not listen to me and just kept saying there was, and acted like a was just being thick. It was flat 13. The numbered parking went from 12 straight to 14.

The bed, mattress definitely needs changing. So much so I had to sleep on the sofa. Mattress was dipping so much in the middle that your feet were elevated above your body and you could feel every spring.

We never got to check in because we were not sent the details be bevolve in time! A stupid check in system where we had to send id of all guests before receiving check in info. Still waiting for a refund!!!

Location is ideal for short walk in to town and parking is a bonus. Lovely modern apartment and comfy bed. Very clean. Coffee and tea were provided which is a nice touch. Great place to stay would recommend.

Location, parking, spacious layout, clean, good shower in bathroom. Quiet area and literally few minutes walk into town.
Lack of soft furnishings in lounge area, quite echoey, no mirror in bedroom, problems with central heating as batteries low on life in the stat control panel, sink in bathroom took ages to drain. A king size bed would be better and more comfortable.

boiler was not workibg so no heating or hot water,, no alternative was offered, and still trying to get a refund. boiler had not been service since 2021 so unfit to occupie

Good location and cleanliness
Found damage in places had to report in case I would be made liable. The covers of a light switch as an example, also marks on walls. High extra charges and bit of late check-in and early checkout.

Complained straight away regarding smoke alarm continually sounding girl on the phone apologized and said they would sort it straight away. After 2 further phone calls still apologies but not actions this continued for the 3 days we stayed couldn't stay in at all and sleep owing to the beeps every 60 seconds, complained by email many time requesting action until finally asked for compensation for our inconvenience then the emails stopped strangely no correspondence other than standard " How was your stay?". There was no on site maintenance person for such occasions, would like to have a response from Belove for this honest appraisal then I will post an update to my opinions.

Layout was great for our needs = the fact that there were 3 of us the sofa bed was important. Location close to the town centre was great. Assistance with booking was very good particularly as it was a late booking

Too confusing access , too meny email form's to read, lots of red tape for the non-intenet savvy, ( could've been signing my soul away). Had a stressful day car brakdown, nowhere to stay with kids with bank holiday weekend.

The decor was amazing and modern. The bed was lovely and comfortable. And the bathroom was brilliant.
The sofa was lovely looking but very uncomfortable.
And having no TV in the bedroom.

Easy access, close to town, and clear instructions Good communication.
It would have been good to be able to have the towel rail on in the bathroom to air and heat our towels. A caserole dish to make something in, and a dish cloth. These aren't major, but would have been good. Otherwise great!

Self catering, secure parking and accommodation; comfortable walk to the centre. A pleasant local (pub) nearby. The building used to be a school and was architecturally interesting. The property was spacious, clean,,and quiet with plenty of space.
The can opener was broken which was a nuisance briefly (we bought another the next day) The main gripe was that there was no way you could keep the daylight out of the bedrooms-no curtains, only useless blinds. For me that would put me off returning.

The flat was generally good, well equipped and certainly all that we would need for our stay.
The booking process was seriously flawed and having traveled from Dundee to Shrewsbury we arrived at the gate unable to get in. The initial phone call to Manchester simply wanted to put all the blame onto us. and they were unable/unwilling to do anything about it! The 'problem' was that we had not been able to pay the £100 damage deposit required. This despite a phone call from myself at the time of booking when I explained that the link provided in the email did not work - I was able to provide proof of who I was etc as required but no means to make the deposit. The person I spoke to confirmed all was OK and this was later followed up with an Email I then received confirming everything was OK. It took well over an hour to gain entry after many conversations, fortunately, eventually a conversation with a more senior manageress sorted things out. Car parking ended up somewhere else on a road outside the flats above the garage. The space was accessed by reversing along some 100 yards with literally only inches on either side of the car. In fact much the same as the road leading to the flats - just a bit scary! The Flat itself was OK, but fair to say that the bed was both small and the mattress was soft, to say the least. The hot water wasn't working when wanting a shower - eventually worked out that the main fuse for the boiler had tripped; Additionally, the shower surface was very slippery and frankly dangerous (H&S); the TV didn't work - that was because the remote needed batteries; there weren't any instructions on how to use the oven or the microwave. Fair to say that there weren't any instructions at all in the accommodation.

This apartment is perfect. Very spacious, extremely well equipped, clean and smells lovely and fresh. Both bedrooms are comfy and cozy and both have luxurious en-suites with shampoo/bodywash/toilet paper, everything you need.
The kitchen is also fresh and modern and well equipped.
Make sure you read and follow the picture instructions for the gate, main door and apartment door, it was like working out an escape room puzzle and my kids loved it!!
Its a great high end, good spec apartment, within walking distance of town, feels safe and secure and I would definitely rebook for my family as well as recommend to others. We had a great stay here.
It would be an advantage if every apartment had their own key fob for the main gate as this can be a bit stressful when trying to leave and the fob hadn’t been returned.
Mirrors in the bedroom for drying your hair etc. would be a bonus but this is not a criticism as overall it was fab.

Nice and clean and the location was excellent
The day night blinds in the bedroom weren’t blackout so between a streetlight directly outside and dawn around 5am sleepless nights and early rising were the norm. Parking space was too tight for our car so parked on the street where there were always spaces . Felt the bedroom warranted a larger bed king size or above

Well.layout apartment. Good communication with the owners. Central location with free parking. Easy access to Shewsbury town with its shopping, bars & restaurants. Easy walk, to get to Let's Rock shewsbury (10 min).
There is only one mirror in the whole apartment which was in the bathroom.

no mirror in bedroom - only 2 hangars in wardrobe - bed could easily be a king size
walk into town is through fairly rough area - wouldn’t want to do it in the dark - we got a cab back £8.70
