The condo was adequate

It was on the beach side. My family stayed in the same complex, so we were near them

Nowhere to store food, because the pantry was locked. The toilet was sketchy, because you didn’t know if it was going to flush or not. Also, a pain was the 10 digit door code that you had to put in several times to get the door open.

Location was ok

Needs a very good update and good cleaning. Front room needs changed around if you want watch TV. Floors need a good mop. My grandsons feet looked like was on the blacktop with out shows on. I should of booked a different one

Pretty area, but would look elsewhere to sleep.

I liked the location and parking.

I did not like having damp sheets, bugs appear upon arrival, the floor was filthy

Amazing location, even better price!

Every staff member we came into contact with were so kind and accommodating!! We had a beach mouse scare and they had the whole crew out within the next few hours to access the situation (they are a protected species here). Never saw anything again though and for the price it’s an incredible value! You’re a 2 minute stroll from the water, quiet and clean. If ocean front is your goal this is the most affordable place to go!

Hall light didn’t come on during the walk through but that wasn’t a problem We also had a fuzzy little visitor the first night

West Beach parkway 203

Nothing,, was looking forward to our vacation was first time we had been back to the gulf in 3 years.so didn't enjoy it at all because of all the problems with the condo..

It was awful had to climb 32 steps to get to the condo, told them I was on oxygen said there was only 2 flights of stairs so I had to stay in the 4 days we were there.the rooms weren't that clean the carpet in the bedroom with queen bed could use a good shampooing,the rug in other bed room was dirty.the rug in the kitchen had spot of dirt all over it the gray color was almost black other words could use some new ones ,then went to take a shower ,shower didn't work the lever to turn it on was broke,the bath tub needed a good scrubing , the towels were dingy, then half the lights in the place didn't work,then the internet went out .my husband went to the car to get something he came back code for the door wouldn't work had to call to find out how to get back in they didn't know why the code stopped working ,.it was just one thing after another. Also droped a water bottle at the end of couch reached down to get it come up with cob webs and dust. Also was supposed to have balcony with beach view only view we had was to walk from our room to the end of walk way to see the ocean.Do you think they offered to help just gave us the run around everytime we called .would I book with them again no way. Also they need to get a better cleaning crew.

It was cozy but not totally beachfront because I wanted to see the beach from the window. Had to walk few rooms down to see it. It was a cozy place something different.

Too much decor in the room made it seem too cluttered. Furniture needs replacing looks worn down but it serves its purpose. We were asked to move from the beach to go down passing the volleyball net. Which was 2 condos down because the city would be working on the beach. Staff said probably Sunday midday or so. But it was Saturday around 130ish the lady came from the beach to notify everyone to move down. I know it isn’t the condos fault but someone should have known ahead of time. We just went back inside and found something else to do. Who wants to go down when we were already set up and had a toddler with us enjoying where he was. But we made the best of it. Sunday morning they were still in that site so couldn’t go out and walk the beach in front of the condo.

It was a nice to have a cozy apt so close to the beach.

Quiet location with direct access to the beach. Two twin beds in a room of their own. Beautiful decor. Covered parking. Our parking lot didn't flood! Nice little apartment.

Upgrades and maintenance are needed. A lot of light through the windows at night.

It was close to the beach and clean.

The condo was very out dated, and the beds are not that comfortable. Especially for me and my husband. We’re both over 5’9” and the queen size bed didn’t offer to much room for the both of us. It doesn’t mention that you have to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach the condo. Not that it was a problem for us, but for other people who could have health issues. Also, the way that the pictures show, it looks as if it’s beach front, when in fact it is not. I’m the condo, there were a lot of noises that you had to get use to at night. For instance, the Air Conditioner was a bit loud.

Nice location that could use some updates

The building itself is a great location right by the beach, and the beach wasn't too crowded, when we went, at least, possibly because it was far enough away from the high rise hotels.

Although the condo seemed clean, it could use being better maintained. There were a few lightbulbs out, a stove knob missing, the microwave was the kind without a turntable, which was inconvenient, and the George Foreman grill was missing the drip pan.

While we had a good time, the cleanliness was not up to par for our accommodations.

The only thing good about this is how close it is to the beach

Upon arrival, one of the beds had been slept in and was unmade, there was a towel that had been used draped over the shower, the refrigerator is loud and constantly makes noise, the dish washer is crooked in the hole made for it, while there we had to call pest control to come spray for bugs. The air vent in the master room is very loud, the washer is loud while running. Half of the lights don’t work in the ceiling fan in the living room, and fan is not functional.

My grandson and I needed quality time together. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

The apt is well decorated. Old bldg. but remodled. Very clean apt. Cleaner than even the newer bldgs. I have stayed in. Close (on)to the beach. Well supplied. I was able to book and pay on line the day of arrival.

It was 3 flights up with no elevator. No swimming pool but ok , we have our own pool at home .

Great Beachfront property for family get away

Great location, right off the beach with private access. Neat little gazebo and grilling area with a wash station to get cleaned up after playing at the beach. The unit itself had everything we needed for our trip.

Worth it as long as you don't mine stairs.

Loved the location as well as how adorable the room was!

Tried to get hold of someone about the single bed rooms fan which is hanging by the wires and about to become a lawsuit 😅 also might have been nice to include in the listing that it's on the third floor with no elevator access. This pregnant woman was not particularly thrilled about that.
