Bon hôtel très bien situé.

L’établissement est bien situé. Il est à 10 minutes en voiture du centre-ville de Reims.

Les horaires d’enregistrement sont tardifs. Le check-in est à 16h30. En arrivant à 16h25 on m’a informé que la chambre n’était pas prête, j’ai pu faire l’enregistrement à 16h50. C’est bien dommage. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, on aurait apprécié au moins, un petit rafraîchissement.

Fantastic stopover hotel with a pool and convenient location.

Great location for an overnight stop heading back to the Shuttle. Very comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great swimming pool and convenient location for dinner and a tram into Reims to look at the Cathedral.

Coffee pods for the coffee machine were misshapen and didn’t work.

Prima ligging, leuk klein zwembad, goed ontbijt, ruimtelijke kamers en mooie parkeerplaats

Je kunt pas laat inchecken. Er is geen ruimte om je fietsen te plaatsen en de bedden en kussens liggen niet comfortabel.

Een heerlijk ontspannen fijn verblijf.

Heerlijk rustig net buiten de stad Reims. Je kon een lekker hapje eten tegenover het hotel.

Het ontbijt is wat rommelig vanwege vele gasten.

Séjour mitigé dans cet hôtel

L'hôtel est beau, moderne, accueillant. Le personnel très sympathique. La chambre confortable. La situation géographique près de la ville. Les restaurants juste à proximité à pieds. La piscine et le jacuzzi intégrés pas très grand mais agréable si il y a du soleil.

Dans la chambre, le frigo allumé mais ne refroidit rien, le lavabo était bouché de la salle de bains et pas d'armoires juste une penderie, très peu de rangement. Le petit déjeuner basique, rien d'exceptionnel.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé mais un côté 4 étoiles « low cost ».

Personnel agréable et accueillant. Bonne localisation. Lit confortable. Piscine.

Thermostat défaillant donc chambre trop chauffée. Alors qu’il s agit d un hôtel 4 étoiles, les peignoirs pour la piscine sont une option payante pour certaines chambres. Pas d’eau ni de vanity kit donnés dans les chambres après la première nuit.

We hadden het zwembad helemaal voor ons zelf. Kamer was netjes en lekker groot.

Ontbijt viel wat tegen,weinig opties en vooral de koffie was niet goed.

A ne pas renouveler au moins en hiver.

Intolérable que l'établissement réduisent autant le chauffage. Comment rester travailler dans une chambre qui affiche 19 °. Après avoir fait la réflexion à l'accueil, c'est la politique de la maison, impossible d'augmenter même individuellement le chauffage. Pire, la nuit je suis réveillé par le froid, malgré être sous leur couette épaisse comme un double drap. J'ai dû terminer la nuit en jogging, bonnet plus cagoule. Température affiché 20° dans la chambre. J'ai vraiment regretté ma chambre chez moi ou je dispose pourtant de chauffage collectif.

De kamers waren heel proper. Het personeel heel vriendelijk.

Het ontbijt was een tegenvaller. Om te beginnen was er te weinig plaats voor het aantal gasten dat kwam ontbijten. Het was heel druk en de medewerkers hadden veel te weinig tijd om het buffet aan te vullen. Hierdoor was het soms heel lang wachten om eten te hebben. Het buffet bleef soms lange tijd leeg. We moesten zelfs wachten om aan een bestek te geraken. Daarnaast was 1 koffiemachine (de 2de was defect) voor zoveel volk totaal ontoereikend en was het dus een lange wachtrij aan de koffiemachine

A very good hotel for touring the area.

The hotel was a bit further out of town than expected, but very easy to access. It was a perfect stopover for touring the area. We regretted not having the time to go for a swim - the pool looked really nice. The room was spacious, modern and clean with a very nice shower room and separate toilet. We went for breakfast rather late and found the buffet still fully stocked. Breakfast was very good.

We had some trouble adjusting the airco. The room was quite warm and the duvets as well which made for an uncomfortable night until we figured out the airco controls. Personally I found the bed quite hard, but that is obviously a personal preference.

War nett aber keine 4 Sterne

Die Lage war zwar im Gewerbegebiet aber gut. Vom Zentrum 4 KM entfernt. Gute Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

In der Junior Suite gab es keinen Kleiderschrank. Nur eine 50cm lange Kleiderstange. Auch sonstige Ablagemöglichkeiten für Garderobe mangelhaft. Im Bad keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Im Aufenthaltsbereich könnte mehr Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt werden, besonders die verstaubten Champagnerflaschen und Gläser die zur Deko stehen. Am Sonntag zum Frühstück einzige Katastrophe. Das Personal schafft es nicht die Tische abzuräumen und Speisen nachzulegen. Sollte vielleicht an diesem Tag mehr Personal zu Verfügung gestellt werden.

Hotel OK, propreté en dessous de tout. Peut-être que nous avons eu de la malchance.

La propreté de la chambre était en dessous de tout. Vieilles capsules de Nespresso, Marques de verres/bouteilles sur la table de nuit, MAIS SURTOUT pipi sur le bord de la toilette. Nous avons immédiatement fait la remarque à la réception. Rien ne s'est passé. Le soir nous avons envoyé un e-mail à l'administration. Pas de réaction non plus. Lors du check out, aucune remarque/excuse. Un oubli peut arriver, ne devrait pas. Ce qui me choque c'est qu'après deux réclamations, personne n'est venu pour nettoyer ou au moins venir voir. Un peu fort pour une quatre étoile.

Our purpose was business and this hotel was great! Clean, quiet with all necessary facilities, staff were very friendly.

Property is clean and very quiet

Breakfast is basic but fine to start the day, pricey at €16 though. The location was perfect for us as we are here for business and have the car otherwise you are quite far away from the city of Reims.

Goed Hotel voor een bezoek aan Reims

Goed Hotel, zeker kwa prijs en kwaliteit ziet er erg chique uit en voor een paar nachtjes in de champange streek zeker goed betaalbaar. Personeel is vriendelijk, en werkt snel. Genoeg keuze bij het ontbijt.

Tijdens het ontbijt was het echt veelste druk, geen borden, kopjes of glazen meer beschikbaar. Ook het eten werd slecht aangevuld en moesten lang wachten om te kunnen eten. Verder een prima hotel!

La chambre et la propreté au top Le décor et l'ambiance de l'hôtel Le parking inclus Le SPA Les deux réceptionnistes femmes étaient très gentille. Les hommes un peu moins chaleureux mais dans l'ensemble c'était très bien. Localisation parfaite Restaurants et Boulangerie à 50 Mètres Un bon hôtel nous reviendrons !

Je rejoins beaucoup de précédents commentaires concernant le petit déjeuner. C'est la cohue. Beaucoup de monde et pas assez de place pour se croiser sans se marcher dessus. Les produits sont de qualité moyenne et aucunes choses faites maison. Industriel et pas très bon. Même les croissants et pains au choc étaient plus que médiocres. Première fois que je ne mange pas œuf et bacon dans un buffet de 4*. Ils ne me donnaient pas du tout envie.. Le seul point positif le presse orange. Les oranges étaient bonnes. Pour un 4* c'est très dommage et pas digne. 16€ beaucoup trop cher pour la qualité. Prochaine fois nous irons à la boulangerie à côté. Pas de bouteille d'eau dans les chambres. Frigo pas fonctionnel à température ambiante. Heureusement les réceptionnistes nous ont gentiment proposé d'utiliser un de leur Frigo au niveau de la réception. Le savon qui fait aussi shampooing ne m'a pas convaincu pendant le lavage de cheveux. Peut-être mieux de rajouter un échantillon de shampooing séparé du combo "mains corp cheveux". L'accès au SPA au niveau de la réception pas super mais ça ne pourra pas être changé. Pas d'eau froide voir glacée dans les douches du SPA. Après un Sauna c'est dommage de devoir se rincer à l'eau tiède voir chaude.
