Very good

Distance to the sea was great. Owners were quick to respond to me and fixed any issues quickly. Flat was clean and spacious. Good places to eat nearby.

There needs to be more detailed house instructions. For example I had tepid showers and no heating/AC for the first day and a half before I figured out how to turn it all on. The internet was fine 90% of the time, but often dropped out temporarily throughout the day. For a 3 week stay it would have been nice to have a replenishment of toiletries.

Worst Stay EVER

I booked for 3 nights, after the first night I already couldn’t wait to get out. To be fair I don’t have high expectations for the apartment at all and honestly I’m quite understanding - they mentioned in the info sheet that there are 3 adaptors - there isn’t any; there’s a lot of dirts under the bed; it looks like a domestic neighborhood yet many big trucks ran right through the window all the time and the sound proofing is close to none - all these I didn’t want to make a fuss of. What I couldn’t tolerate is that there is NO HOT WATER in the apartment when I arrived. 1. I called the property manager the night I arrived and she instructed me over the phone to operate a super old water heater and asked me to wait for an hour for the water to get warm. 2. I did so and the water turns from freezing cold to slightly warm. I didn’t want to bother the property manager late at night so I called the next morning, she literally asked me to stay in the apartment for the WHOLE DAY WAITING for a technician to come and fix their water heater. 3. I stayed and until late afternoon the technician still didn’t arrive. I called Booking.com and asked the customer service if I could get early check out and refund the coming 2 nights in the apartment while I book and stay somewhere else. Booking’s customer service called the property manager and told me the property management would contact me. 4. After waiting for an hour yet nobody reached out to me, I tried calling the property manager yet I couldn’t get through anymore. I called booking’s customer service again and they can’t get in touch with the property management neither. 5. I kept called and eventually my call got through! However, before I even got the chance to say anything, the property manager YELLED at me saying today her son got COVID, and asked me to WAIT for the technician to come. It was 6pm. 6. in the evening the technician came and told me the water heater is broken and he replaced a new one.
