rip off and very disappointing

Pagamos 326 euros (2 noches) por una habitación que no tiene vistas al patio. Había una pequeña ventana opaca inclinable; no había aire fresco; el aire acondicionado estaba en calefacción - la temperatura en la habitación rondaba los 25 grados centígrados. y el hecho de que no haya recepción hace que la resolución de los problemas sea difícil, distante y anónima. Un precio de 50 euros por noche hubiera sido razonable en lugar de más de 150 euros. Lo que es aún más conmovedor porque en el sitio web se ofrece una habitación con un gran ventana con balcón por aproximadamente 85 euros. No fue posible negociar con el personal para conseguir una habitación mejor, dado el precio que pagamos. Teníamos la habitación número 4. Además, había una cucaracha en el pasillo.

Agradable estancia.

La arquitectura muy bonita, estaba impecable. Si vuelvo a Toledo con mi pareja sin duda elegiríamos el mismo sitio.

Limpio, cómodo y acogedor.

Mucho, es precioso y muy limpio. La decoración muy básica pero bonita y la cama muy cómoda.

Se escucha un poco lo de otras habitaciones, la televisión no funcionaba y es un poco antigua. Pero no es algo relevante.

Satisfactoria.

La decoración del establecimiento, es muy acogedora. Su ubicación, pues está a pocos minutos de la plaza Zocodover y del resto de zonas a visitar.

Por poner un pero, que el agua caliente de la ducha tardaba mucho en salir, con el consiguiente gasto de agua innecesario.

Un acierto.

El hotel es precioso. La zona está guay porque está muy cerca de un ascensor que sube al casco antiguo. Y por los alrededores hay lugares donde desayunar. Desde el hotel también tienes fácil salida de Toledo ciudad para llevar Puy du Fou.

De locatie was super. Dicht bij de roltrappen naar Toledo

De muren in de hotelkamer leken wel van karton. Alles was letterlijk te verstaan. Mensen kwamen om 1 uur s’ nachts thuis. Hebben ons wakker gehouden to 4 uur s’ nachts met hard praten en lachen en ik zal het andere achterwege laten wat we nog meer hoorden.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The hotel is nicely renovated and quite pleasant. The location is very good, very close to the center but also to the entrance of the city with parking areas nearby. Self check-in was very easy.

It would be nice to have a breakfast area as the interior is spacious enough.

Not a good value for money

Location.

The wall is thin and I wasn’t able to stand the noise from other room. The wifi was not always stable. The price wasn’t expensive but it should be lower for this quality.

The building is magical and the facilities of a high standard. Central location and a stunning interior.

All was beautiful just a bit puzzled at finding a kettle in the room but no cups to be found and unsure of who to contact.

Very good

The interior is attractive and the room was clean. It's also right outside the old city and you can walk to cafes close by and a good restaurant El Penon.

No parking available nearby. You can park at the bus station parking lot maybe 1/2 km away.

Nice location, too expensive for the lack of service.

The location, in the walls of Toledo. The room was clean. The old building was nice. You can walk to the town.

• The lack of reception, no staff in case of a problem. • The key code was faulty so you had to type the code a few times for the door to open. It happen to a few customers and the phone number given for emergencies didn’t answer. Not just for us but at one point there were three rooms stuck outside of the front door. And the street doesn’t have a great feel about it at night. They called back like 20min after I called for a woman stuck outside, but we had already let her in… which is not safe when you think about it. • Our room was very small for the price payed. • The lack of a kettle or some means of making a warm drink in the morning because there is no breakfast service, we knew this when booking. Maybe put one in the common area if not in the rooms. • Parking is not great.

Hotel has an attractive appearance but when something went wrong there was no way to fix it.

No breakfast. It’s a self serve model. No staff present.

Air conditioning did not work. Room was an interior space with no viable windows, therefore no airflow. Temperature reached 30degrees plus during a long, sleepless night. No one to contact about the problem or to change rooms.

iIf you want a good night’s sleep do not stay here

Stunning modern design. Rooms were spotlessly clean

Paper thin walls. we could hear EVERYTHING. Due to spend 3 nights at this location but after 2 very sleepless nights we paid to stay in another hotel so that we could get some sleep. There are no staff on site so it is difficult to make a complaint! Bathroom is ver small. The hotel is on a very steep hill. The breakfast offered is of poor quality - a pre packed white bread processed cheese and ham sandwich, a refrigerated cold coffee, an apple and a yoghurt. These are left in the fridge the day before. My advice would be to go to the bakery at the bottom of the hill on the way to the coach station.
