We had a nice time !

We liked Netflix, the big coach, the beds and the presence of towels. The flat was also bright and warm.

We were 5 but only 2 double beds and the coach wasn't ideal for the last person to sleep in. We also didn't find any towels to dry our dishes.

The person who met me at the apartment called himself Philip and had no regard for my safety or how they failed to uphol

I was moved to a different apartment twice before I arrived and the second choice to move to the property was during a call 2 hours before I was due to arrive. the property they moved me to was 2 miles away from the original booking and in an extremely dangerous area of the city. I was a single woman travelling and therefore felt very unsafe.

Disappointing

Good location in the city centre.

The property stated that free parking was available, but it was not. I could only park on the street between 6pm - 8am. Even though I had written in advance that I would arrive for check-in between 4:00pm-5:00pm, I was given the code for the key box, but it wasn't there. The phone number listed on Booking.com did not work, I could only contact the property via messages on the Booking.com app. Fortunately, the operator was online and gave me the contact details of the person who was supposed to insert the key box. The person on the phone apologized and said he would be there in 10-15 minutes. In the end, me and my friends, family and small child did not receive the keys until more than 30 minutes later when we had to stand outside. I guess the operator should choose their employees better.

Disappointing

Location was good, central to the city center

Our property being changed at last minute but not actually being told what number we were at, nobody to meet us and no working telephone contact number. An unwatchable TV, it kept switching itself off. Toilet seat not properly attached to toilet. Stinking wet towel shoved in a wardrobe. Filthy wet bath mats. Not enough clean towels for the 4 guests. We had to wash the stinky wet one we found. This is all a shame because the property is actually quite nice should a wee bit more care be taken before boarding new guests.

Great apartment, very comfortable and well stocked. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, we enjoyed the skylight windows

All was great, very nice appointment with all needed Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location to explore Aberdeen.

Noisy neighborhood, but after all it is the heart of the city. At night there was too much noise, but the host has nothing to do with that.

Amazing location, great for city centre , beautiful decoration and easy check in. Still a 10/10, as my only complaint was with factors beyond owners control

Construction site next door obviously in breach of working hours. I'd complain to Aberdeen city council, speaking as a construction company owner.

Location was perfect

Had to wait 30min to be let in by staff. They did know that we were arriving although I had emailed them and they replyed before leaving. Dirty dishes was left in the dishwasher. Grill was also dirty. Did not look as though it had been hoovered.

Before we arrived I was contacted and said we was been upgraded. The lady messaged and sent us 2 different apartments which was in 2 different location. At first was a little bit skeptical but once we picked and arrived. We was pleasenly surprised how nice it was. Also checked in earlier than the original check in time. Would definitely book again

Great City Centre Location, Clean Good Sized Apartment, Would Recommend.

The location was perfect for the city centre. Good sized, clean apartment with 2 bedrooms and all the facilities required for even a long stay. We were a family of 5 and had ample space. Good communication with the owner, who kept us up to date. There was toiletries, cleaning products and cupboard essentials available which is always so helpful.

It is the city centre so car parking is an issue. We parked in the Multi Story at the Ibis and walked 5min.

The emails were responded to quickly and staff helpful..Both double beds comfortable. Location good and able to check in early.

Did not get the stunning executive apartment pictured. Room had no natural light. Plank on fold out bed broken. Blinds broken. Shower blocked. OK for one night but not the standard I was expecting.

Enjoyable

I didn't get breakfast, the person who was supposed to deliver it forgot about us so we went out for breakfast to cafe nero. we loved the apartment though, it was very spacious and we would like to stay again. I was late arriving so contacted the people letting me in and they were really helpful coming out late at night to let me in.
