Nice stay

The host was very responsive and helpful. Instructions on how to get in were very clear. Everything was as shown on the pictures in booking. The place is absolutely huge, with the capacity to take in more than 12 people. The location is superb, only 3-4 minutes from the main square. The parking is public, but the host paid the zone for both of our cars, so it was really "free parking" for us, as described. Overall, we were very pleased with the place.

Minor issues. For example, there is only one bath and we were 7 people so it was not ideal :) There are 2 toilets that were very tight, which I found really strange compared to how big and vast the apartment was. It was also strange why they didn't think of a solution to make the toilets at least a little warmer - again, odd in comparison with how warm every other room was.

Location location location, perfectly located, if you can overlook the not 100% clean apartment (for one night it was fine for us), it’s big and spacious, but a little outdated, very decent though.

Huge apartment with everything you need

The apartment was huge!! The host was lovely and the communication was great. We weren’t there long but had everything we needed and was great, we had a nice nights sleep

Excellent one day stay in Timisoara

The apartment was huge with a lot of space for everybody. Good furniture, recently renovated, well-equiped kintchen (although we didn't use it), two toilets. Eugeni was very nice and gave us some good recommendations about the city. The apartment is located in the heart of the city, just minutes away from the central square.

The building is quite old and needs a renovation of common places and facilities.

Excellent apartment, excellent host, excellent value

Central location that is close to great restaurants, many spacious rooms and beds. the bathroom tub was great as well. However, our host Eugen was truly the standout great part. I have never had a host who spent such detailed time with us giving us advice, helping us hold luggage, and overall he extended beyond in all things. He is someone who redefines expectations for a great host. We look forward to coming back soon! The price was also unbeatable for so much space.

Superb

Despite the old facade of the house, the apartment is renewed: the rooms are very large and furnitures are new. The owner was very kind and helpful in finding a restaurant in a very busy night. The house Is in a very central position and parking is free on the street. Recomended for groups.

If you travel as a group is a perfect place!

The apartment is very big, nicely decorated and very accommodating for a group of friends, family or colleagues. It is very spacious and it has space for common activities but also privacy. We were really impressed! It is renovated, cosy, and warm. It is very close to the centre and very easy to get in touch with the owner. There was coffee and tea and all facilities for staying even longer than we did.

Dont be afraid of the old fasade on the house, there is a perfect apartment hidden behind the walls. Excellent location, spacy rooms, friendly and communicative owner speaks english.

The apartment is very close to the center and it is spacious and well equipped. The host is very helpful. There are parking spaces available right in front of the apartment.

The bathrooms were not clean, also the fridge needed to be cleaned by us before using it.

Large apartment, ideal for groups of friends or families

Huge apartment very close to the historical old town (2-3 minutes walk). It has fully equipped kitchen, two restrooms and a small terrace where you can smoke. Easy check-in and check-out.

It's pretty old and not the cleanest, so - considering the price - just have realistic expectations. Also there's car/people noise from the street if you sleep with the windows open.

The apartment is a spacious place and looks exactly like it does on the pictures. It's very conveniently located and although it's in the city center, the apartment is very quiet! The owner was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any request. He was also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful.

Superb

Great clean accomodation near center of the town. Fairly well equiped and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and I would definitelly recomend the place to anyone visiting Timisoara. :)

The parking is payed, though its not that expensive so its just minor inconvenience.
