Living up to Hampton Standards

Friendly staff, clean inside and out, large diverse breakfast, well insulated for outside of the room noise barrier.

Breakfast was only open until 9, parking was difficult for people with trailers.

I really like forward to staying at Hamptons. We even go out of our way to stay at them.

Breakfast was pretty much all carbs and sugar. With that said would like to see and evan pay extra for a less carb breakfast. I like a stronger coffee. And I don’t care to watch CNN

I didn’t enjoy paying $2.00 for a bottle of water.

Overall stay was comfortable but did not match the price that was paid for the room.

Breakfast was wonderful. The food was hot and plentiful. The area was kept clean.

The maintenance of the room could have been better. The cabinet to the refrigerator was broken. The tub stopper was broken.

The sheets were dirty, smelly and stained. The towels were yellowish and the sliding bathroom door was hard to open.

We had to switch rooms 3 times, housekeeping didn’t clean room, had filthy pillows, linens

The staff was great! Gayla tried to compensate but I booked thru Booking.com. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND OF SOME AMOUNT

I would not stay there again, the manager alone made it a difficult experience.

The room was spacious and the bed slept well.

The breakfast was under cooked and we only ate once. The manger was rude prior to our stay and would not let us cancel. The cleaning staff was out of towels each time we asked.

All up, just perfect.

Check-in and Check-out staff were super knowledgeable about the area and very friendly. Cleanliness was apparent throughout hotel common premises. My bedroom and bathroom appeared very clean, too. Other guests were very polite which always is a good thing - why not be courteous to fellow travelers?

Charged for service dog!!!!

Have stayed at Hampton Inns for over 20 years while traveling the US. Hampton Inn is my go-to hotel they never disappoint.

I had to bring my dog and informed the host that it was a service dog and had my certification and card for my dog. She charged me $75 for my dog and said it did not matter if I had the certification. This was the first time I have had to travel with my dog so I was unaware that I was not to be charged for the dog.

Very nice hotel. Nice staff. Very quiet hotel and great breakfast !

Great hotel. Breakfast was very good. Very quiet. It stormed the whole night. You couldn't tell unless you looked out the window. Would stay here again if i get the opportunity.

Nothing. No complaints . Cant find anything negative to say.
