Buen hotel.Mala atemcion

Es un lugar traquilo limpio y bien ubicado

LA MALA ATENCION DE Mr. JACK es una persona sonriente pero SI TE PASAS UN DIA SIN PAGARLE AMENAZA CON LLAMAR LA.POLICIA....y si te pasas d e cierta hora.en Checkout o alguna de las normas. ...pretende cobrar en efectivo por todo Y DE UNA FORMA AGRESIVA....MUY MAL POR EL ANFITRION ...pero conmigo se equivocó TAL VEZ LO HAYA HECHO CON ALGUIEN MAS y seguramente ALGUIEN SIN DOCUMENTOS que deba tolerar este tipo de cosas lo termine aceptando...PERO SI TIENES TODO E N REGLA....NO TE LA DEJES APLICAR.... es una falta de respeto UNO DE TURISTA Y ELLOS a ponerlo.a uno en situaciones INCOMODAS

O ambiente é agradável, tem um quintal bom e grande , o gerente lá é muito querido, disposto a ajudar, ambiente sempre limpo , ônibus e mercado pertinho

A mesa é um pouco pequena, mas como a galera só dormia lá, eu não tive problema de espaço

MUI BIEN

L accueil par Jacques. Qui parle francais est exceptionnel. Toujours pret pour aider et trouver des solutions pour tout..y compris si vous etes presse par le temps de vous rendre a l aeroport que Jacques se plie en quatre pour vous trouver une solution pour que vous ne ratiez pas l avion !! Merci JACQUES. MUCHO GRACIAS !!!!

Budget Friendly For All Travelers

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Jack (the host) and his staff. The main entrance is also the kitchen (a small common area with a TV) and at first glance, may seem small. However, it was noticeably clean and organized. Jack first gave me a tour starting with my room and bed. Then he continued by showing the bathrooms. To begin with, the rooms are an open door policy, meaning doors are closed but not locked with a security code (with the exception of 2 private double rooms.) This is by design because there are 3 bathrooms that you can use. There is a main bathroom, then there are four rooms; 2 with 4 beds, and 2 with 6 beds (which is where the other 2 bathrooms are located). You don't need to knock on the room doors, they are open, but being respectfully quiet is observed. This may seem to have questionable security concerns, but everyone is mindful and considerate. All rooms have a small locker for personal items and there's plenty of room (1 foot height) under the beds for luggage. Besides, there is a front door security code at the main entrance and changed frequently. On top of that, there are CCTV security cameras in the halls and all around the front and outside common areas which Jack obsessively monitors. Next on the tour, we go back to the kitchen. The refrigerator may look small at first glance, but the staff cleans it daily and there is always room to store your food. All food is labeled and sealed (storage containers). Then I was assigned a spot in the cabinets for dry goods. Everyone cleans their dishes without exception. Which brings me to the cleanliness. The floors are original large hard tile and therefore, very easy to see a clean reflection. The staff starts at 9am, cleaning floors, disinfecting bathrooms, and changing sheets everyday until well after 10 pm (also when the kitchen closes.) Finally, last stop on the tour is the exceptional back yard.

Kitchen could use another table.

Unfriendly staff and dirty place overall

The owner/recepcionist barely spoke english. The rooms have no windows and was dirty. We removed a lot of dirt because it was affecting our breath. On Christmas day 25th at 9:30am people screaming to each other with swear words. The owner/recepcionist was constantly coffing and splitting phlegm. The restroom was always dirty, even right after the cleaning, you could find hair on the ground and there were no other place to put your shampoo/soap. It's written that noise is until 10 but the owner and his friends keep the sound on until midnight.

Peacefull and Relaxing

The Staff is friendly and accommodating . I would recommend this Hostel . Management is very friendly. I will be returning.

There were not enough bathroom and one bathtub was in a very bad condition.

Exceptional

Smooth check in Comfortable rooms & Social areas Staff cleans everyday, even if there are no gatherings. Sebastián(host)was very patient and made an effort to make sure everyone was comfortable.

Area has no real attractions, if you stay here, most likely would have to take a bus or drive to city center.

The beds were regular bunk beds and did not have storage for each individual person and the other guests were aggressive. If everyone has a car then there is no parking, if it’s a little full then it is very complicated

Everything was 👍 good clean and quiet. Surprisingly quiet. Nice beautiful entertaining backyard with entertainment

No English talking host.at less bilingual!!.and the stove wasn't on in the morning cooking.

It was good at a good price too, location is a little to far from everything that'd be the only thing but the attention and service and facilities were very good.

Good hostel for fair price in Miami!

Nice hostel for good price in Miami. There is a bus which takes you straight to downtown on the opposite side if the street. Check-in was easy and outside area is a plus. I could store my luggage the whole day when I had to wait for my evening flight. Good hostel vibes and value for money.
