Maravilloso

Excelente lugar, el café gratis, la decoración práctica y moderna, comodidad y pleno centro. Lavadora, frigorífico, todo una maravilla, súper televisión y un magnífico colchón.

La ducha resbalaba muchísimo. Calle peatonal no puedes más que aparcar en el parking de la plaza mayor y pagar los 20 euros. Había obras justo en el edificio de en frente. El sistema de coger las llaves de la taquilla, no estaban, pues el anterior huésped no las metió, y eso fue un problema y tuvimos que llamar, a atención al cliente. Al final se solucionó, lo bajaron las limpiadoras.

Decepcionada sin aprovechar la terraza

Ubicación y el apartamento está bien para una familia es amplio.

*Terraza* súper sucia llena de cagadas de pajaros y plumas , de 4 sillas, 2 sillas súper rotas y los sillones de la terraza sin cogines no se como pretenden que la gente los usen.La manguerade la terraza rotisima,no pudimos limpiar la terraza y avise al propietario atraves de booking según llegue y ni nos contesto .*Casa* toallas amarronadas sensacion de que estan sucias, poca vajilla, paredes descuidadas necesita pintura y el techo con agujeros se ven.los tubos del aire acondicionadode las habitaciones. Te dejan el estropajo de los anteriores alquilados y no se dan cuenta que son para tirar segun estan e igual que las balletas. El aire acondicionado debe de estar trucado estaba al máximo y casi no se notaba.La mirilla de la puerta es grande modelo antiguo y te ven desde la calle tuvimos que poner Papeles para que no te vean.Las camas de 135 para mi gusto pequeñas para una pareja.

Cuando terminen las obras de enfrente es el apartamento ideal.

El apartamento es más que perfecto.

Repetiría sin duda

Espacioso, muy bien situado, muy cómodo para familia.

Por poner una sugerencia más bien. Echamos en falta un mantel, estropajo y servilletas, ya que aprovechamos para desayunar en el apartamento y para fregar 4 tazas hubiese estado muy bien. Es cierto q tiene lavavajillas y pastillas para suponerlo, pero para cuatro servicios de desayuno nos parecía desproporcionado

Ideal para patear el centro de Valladolid

La ubicación es muy céntrica a tan solo 100 metros de la Plaza Mayor (Es una calle peatonal por lo que no puedes llegar con el coche, pero el parking estaba a 5 minutos andando) El apartamento está bien decorado con un estilo moderno, y está ubicado en un edificio impresionante.

Por poner una pega, las camas de matrimonio eran un poco justas de tamaño (estamos acostumbrados a cama de 1,50 de ancho)

Un lugar hermoso con algunos pequeños detalles

La ubicación es totalmente excelente, a unos pocos pasos de la Plaza Mayor. El espacio es tal cual en las fotos, muy bonito, muy moderno y muy amplio. Dan ganas de quedarse a vivir en este piso.

Las camas no eran todo lo cómodas que esperábamos y se hubieran agradecido cortinas. Por otro lado, faltaban algunos elementos de equipamiento (alguna olla más grande, un rollo de cocina, una cuchilla, una pastilla para el lavarropas -ya que había para el lavavajillas-, una o dos pastillas de jabón adicionales, siendo que éramos tres huéspedes) y cuidar algunos detalles estéticos (por ejemplo, las láminas de los cuadros estaban mal pegadas y estaban caídas). Tampoco había instrucciones sobre cómo usar el horno (combinado con microondas, por lo que tenía su truquillo) ni el televisor (que tenía un software especial que nos llevó un rato descifrar). En conclusión, un poco más de esmero en cosas muy muy pequeñitas harían la diferencia.

Apartment was not cleaned at all! Black hairs all over the apartment and toilet seat was dirty…. Property had a rating of 9 for cleanliness but it was far from that!

wonderful stay with just a few tweaks needed

location fab, cleanliness fab, helpfulness second to none - would highly recommend

Lack of pillows (difficult being an asthmatic and only one flat pillow). cushions also a must on the sofa as very hard and uncomfortable.

Location was great, the place was fancy and comfortable. Our friends were impressed.

Sleeping with open windows was a bit difficult because of nighttime partying.

Too "hotel-like", impersonal, cold, yet well located and everything working in good order.

Location is excellent, and the apartment is recently renewed.

Amenities and houseware were truly scarce: Just 4 glasses, 4 dishes, 4 sets of cutlery... And some lack of maintenance could be noticed. Didn't feel homely.

Great location, modern apartment with plenty of space. just lacks a few kitchen items

apartment right in main shopping centre. Close to everything and very modern. plenty of room incl two bathrooms and 2 1/2 BR.

the kitchen could do with a few more items - kettle, salad bowl, mugs, more knives (bread, meat, salad) a dish towel and cutting board.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Valladolid

This apartment is exactly what you need if you travel to Valladolid with your friends or family. It's super centric (next to the Plaza Mayor) where you can also find the underground parking. Wifi was working perfectly. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Ideal base for travelling round Castilla y León.

The apartment itself, the building and its location were fantastic. You are in the pedestrian area in the middle of town and also at a walking distance to the train station. We locked ourselves out and the host or person we were in touch with solved the problem immediately.

The only thing we missed was a toaster and more supplies of soap and toiletries. Also, for longer stays like ours (one week) a one-off cleaning service would help. Windows did not seem to be soundproof if you are a light sleeper.
