Very pleasant after getting into room.

Quaint little motel. Old on the outside. New on the inside.

Had to call a number & wait for about 15 minutes for someone to come check us in.

Overall, a good stay and good value relative to the incrediblely expensive other hotels in the area.

Enjoyed the hominess of the place. Especially the fresh fruit, coffee and snacks that were always available in the outdoor lounging area. The room was clean, the bed comfy, the A/C strong and the water pressure in the shower was great. Also, the proximity to the beach, restaurants etc was really nice.

When you pull up to the hotel, there's a bit of an "uh oh" factor. At first glance, it looks pretty run down and the photos of the exterior you see on Booking don't really tell the story.

Great price, location, & staff!

My husband & I enjoyed our 6 days at this place. Great price, location, & very inviting. We will definitely be going back & recommending it to family & friends. We were very happy with our stay.

This was probably the best motel I have ever stayed in. Nothing very special in a lot of ways, and it is right next to a fairly busy road and a somewhat seedy neighborhood, but the rooms were big, clean, and quite nice.

Sweet!

From the main street you would never know what a sweet place this little motel is, with a magical little garden and cute rooms. Wonderful location and great value and super friendly property manager who made us feel right at home even though we arrived late at night!

Needs alot of w!!

no lamp in bedroom. fan in bedroom didn't work. had to ask for towels,glasses,pillowcases. .towels were dingy and worn out. used a hand towel for bathmat. Wiped spilt water on floor right after arrival..towel was dark gray with dirt! hadnt been mopped. a wad of paper was jammed at end of shower curtain rod to hold it up. couch was stained.

That they had cable

That i was charged $200 for smoking in the room when i wasnt told anything at check in that you will be charged if you smoke

I liked the outdoor patio they had.

I don’t like how run down it looks when you get there. it is a motel and parking in an alley is worrisome. we were fortunate enough to get a completely remodeled room and first ones to stay in it. BUT $245 for one night is too much. there is no breakfast included and parking isn’t guaranteed. And let’s be honest it’s a motel. it’s not fancy. It’s not on the beach and it’s not within walking distance of anything so I don’t agree with the price.
