Exceptional

Exceeded expectations from beginning to end. Rooms were cozy and sparkling clean with free juices and wine. The spa overlooking the mountains was amazing and clean. Staff was exceptional and could not have been more helpful and friendly. Could not recommend more.

Fantastic experience with friendly and helpful staff

Staff were wonderful and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and activities. Spa views were amazing.

Fantastic Hotel

The staff was the best staff we've ever dealt with at ANY hotel. Everyone we interacted with during our stay were exceptional and provided the best customer service.

Our room overlooked the road in front of the hotel and it could get loud very early in the morning with cars and motorcycles driving up the street as early as 5:00 AM. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning, which was to be expected in the Dolomites, but we left our doors open to help with air circulation so we we could hear everything.

was a modern but still warm building and the exceptional service with the staff not only with the room but taking us to different ski lifts by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. as well as the amazing spar

Everything was great. The rooms, food, bar, spa, service, etc. And the location in town is amazing. The only place to stay in Cortina for a ski holiday.

The rooms themselves are not huge, but understandable given the location. It is also on the expensive side.

Amazing welcome and staff. Beautiful modern rooms and hotel. Great food in the restaurant.

Fantastic staff. Great amenities. It was our honeymoon and they really went above and beyond with the welcome they gave us. Great location and in room services.

Maybe offering free parking. To have to pay an additional charge (though not too expensive) for this seemed unnecessary given the price of the room and that the area is not a major city (I imagine most guests drive to the hotel).

Perfect location, newly built hotel, service and spa were impeccable!

Great location, brand new hotel with amazing attention to details, rooms spacious, comfortable and service impeccable! breakfast amazing choices with food was delicious, homemade and freshly made. Spa was included, beautifully designed, services and facilities impeccable.

A modern new hotel with excellent facilities. Try it!

A modern and very well run hotel with friendly staff. We particularly appreciated the valet parking service in Cortina which has very few parking spaces near the hotel. Highly recommended.

We were so disappointed, it was too hot and we had to open the window all the night night

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Also, the decor in side the hotel was very beautiful

There is no air conditioning and there is no kettle , also there is no free parking There is a parking put it costs 25 euros per night which is a lot since we already payed a lot for the room

Beautiful design hotel, but still has some issues to work out.

beautiful design, amazing wood, very friendly and helpful community manager Francesco, great sound insulation

very weak shower, takes 5-15min for shower to get hot, the pumps of the provided shower gel and shampoo don’t work well, room is so well insulated that room can only be cooled down by opening windows which makes the room noisy. Parking is 400m away which is not very convenient.

Magical!!!

The staff was beyond accommodating. My parent and I were celebrating our honeymoon and they surprised us with champagne and sweet treats each day (even gluten free ones for me!). The food was DELICIOUS at the hotel, the morning breakfast were superb. The spa has the best view, best massages & treatments. The saunas and whole facility is magical! We cannot wait to go back!
