my wife suggested staying in our car

heater didn't work, paid $300 for one night, mediocre hotel, shower was lukewarm warm

The express inn

The night shift manager was awesome ...

The room we stayed in was the same room we slept in 2 days before that had not been cleaned. He said he gave us a discount to clean our room and that he apologized but they had no maid service. There is also roaches in the whole bottom floor. It took 2 hours to heat the room from freezing

Price was hood but the long term tenants detracted from the overall experience.

Location and price.

The tenants were not quiet. In the neighboring room a man was coughing loudly all night and asking his partner for his oxygen tank and his partner kept yelling at him to just die.

Over priced

Friendly, helpful staff.

Swarms of barn swallows at the entrance, people drinking in the parking lot, pool is closed, the "breakfast" is 1 donut and the choice of a bowl of dry froot loops or an empty bowl, milk wasn't an option. Juice wasn't available. Coffee was hot, that's all it has going for it. Dog hair on the couch, behind and under the bed hasn't been cleaned. No sign of bedbugs, and yes I know what I'm looking for. The bed was comfortable, only 1 pillow provided, the front desk was happy to get me more and extra towels. The shower water was low pressure, but hot. The stay would have been a fair price at $39 a night, for $90 a night, guests should get more.

Not a good experience and would not stay at this hotel again.

The room wasn't clean and hotel needed alot of maintenance done and the hotel entrance (covered) for vehicle had birds nests and hundreds of birds so you had to be careful when entering the hotel.

had to ask for more towels since only one tiny one in room and ask for more plastic cups which they got for us. not as clean as most hotels we stay.

this place is horrible and we would never return

it was close to the stadium and where we were going in Norman

The room was very dirty from the floors to the walls we were so tired when we got back that we decided not to ask for a change of rooms and just went to sleep since the tv was shattered and didn’t work. the light in the bathroom didn’t work. the coffee pot had never been cleaned since the last people stayed the floors were grimy. it was just an awful experience and we will never return. when we tried to check out and tell the front desk how bad it was we rang the bell and waited for about ten minutes before we finally left because there was no attendant at the front desk. a large dog was barking in the hotel in the middle of the night and somebody was smoking and the smoke drifting to our room in the middle of the night. that was apparent when we checked into our non smoking room also. I wouldn’t give this hotel even a 1. the chair in the room had so many stains on it we were scared to set in it. I wish I had a good photo of that also.

Hell on earth

We had no pillow cases. Our mini fridge(lost 100 worth of food) didnt work microwave ddnt work. I was travek with my boyfriend who just got out of burn unit at hospital and he xouldnt lay down becuae the hotel had NO PILLOW CASES

location was good

non smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Very thin walls so you could hear doors slamming and people talking in the next room. People smoking marijuana in rooms so it smelled horrible in the hotel rooms. Breakfast was horrible. No selection of food and very poor excuse for a breakfast!

it was quiet and easy to get to.

The man working overnight was very pleasant and helpful. Always smiling.

The room was NOT cleaned very well. Obvious things in the bathroom, like there was toothpaste still on the counter, something nasty looking splattered on the wall, and hair still in the tub. The window inside the elevator looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months.

Very poor

The gal at the desk when we checked in was helpful.

We had 2 rooms. 217 did not have any towels or wash clothes at all. The bathroom door knob was laying on the counter and no shower curtain at all anywhere to be seen. There was a very dirty wash cloth laying on top of the coffee machine.
