Convenient location near Chateaux de Versailles

Location, good facilities and parking in the premises.

WiFi was weak, very spotty. AC didn’t work great although we opened the window and that helped.

Comfortable rooms, very good location, okay value for money.

A standard three star hotel. Great location, comfortable rooms, efficient service. No bells or whistles. The room is on the small side, but has everything you need. We didn't have breakfast, so can't comment on that.

The pillows weren't great. The parking area is small (first come first serve) and it was a bit of a job to find on street parking. We did after a few laps around the block, but note that it is expensive. We were luck to stay on a Sunday (free parking), but if it was any other day we would be looking at €30+ per day for on-street parking. The nearby underground parking location is a similar price.

Location in a quiet street just next to the centre of Versailles, easily reachable on foot. Comfortable and clean room, good bed, good shower and all you need breakfast.

Would stay again.

Near cafes and quiet street. Good air con. Hotel room had a kettle bar fridge and single chair. We felt welcome to use the roomy common area for our takeout lunch and if a desk table was needed. Lift available. Staff formal but helpful when asked and able to mail our postcards and store our luggage while we went sightseeing

Excellent location. Very convenient hotel for a short stay in Versailles.

Hotel was clean and had all the usual things you'd expect for a 3-star hotel. Staff were polite and helpful. Location is really excellent if you plan to spend a few hours exploring the town. The Notre Dame market nearby is great and the Palace is easy walking distance. If coming by car, there is parking on-site but only for a few cars. Also, the parking is a bit tight so if you have a big car you might want to consider the garage nearby. We didn't try the breakfast so cannot really comment. But since we were just planning to have coffee and croissant the 16 Eur price per person seemed high. However, we found a nice pastry shop and bakery nearby (Antoinette Boulangerie) and that worked out well for us.

The rooms are a bit small but perhaps to be expected. We met another couple that complained about the rooms being noisy. We didn't have much trouble because we usually travel with ear plugs. But you will certainly hear noise from the room above you so I suppose that can be disturbing if the people above come in very late or wake up very early.

Quiet hotel in fantastic location - with parking. Friendly staff. Tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent shower. Very clear and quiet. Overall it was brilliant value for money.

Passable

I specifically asked for a room far from the elevators and they gave me a room right in front of the elevators. I kindly asked the receptionist to change my room to another room not so close to the elevators and my request was denied despite the hotel not being fully booked. Also there was a luck of toiletries.

A very nice stay at this hotel

Good location, breakfast, shower and bed. Parking at the hotel for a good price or if you’re lucky at the street. Kind receptionists, they are very helpful. Near bus and train station. A short walk to the market place and nice restaurants. Quiet place at night to sleep well.

Rude staff and smelly public areas and rooms. Not a great experience.

The location is very good. Very central.

The hallways, lift and rooms were very smelly. Like a damp smell everywhere. We had to open our rooms for a while to get them aired. The hallways and even the lift had a bad smell. Like the place is not aired or properly cleaned. The staff on the reception also quite rude. Typical argument at check-out: -you have to pay the tax. -I already paid when I checked-in. -No you didn't, it's not in the system, you have to pay. -You think I would lie on this. Your guy in the night didn't put it in the system, that's all.-He would.-But he didn't-Let me check the tickets, oh, here it is (all done in quite a rude tone and mannerism).

Location was OK hotel was clean

Room was smaller than expected, breakfast although ok it was not as high a standard as other hotels we have stayed in booked through you. Car oarking was very tight not really suitable for cars that are either estate or suv

the situation of the hotel was good for the Versailles chateau but the breakfast was expensive so we

The breakfast was too expensive at 16 Euros each- it was not a fully cooked breakfast, a continental with eggs available. The room was very clean and smart, but small and no drawers at all to put things in- no bedside cabinet, no chest of drawers

There was a smell of raw sewage in reception together with heavy air freshener, obviously to try and mask it. This was there at all times.

Exceptional

Good breakfast, friendly staff, short walk from the train station and to many restaurants. We even walked to the chateau from the hotel. The AC was great during the heat wave!

Great alternative to staying on Paris.

Great location in a quiet street in Versailles. Super breakfast choice, parking and air con.

Can't reserve car parking. Not a big deal as loads of on street as an alternative.
