Exceptional value

We booked this last minute after our original hotel proved to not be suitable for us on the last night of our trip. The value for money was exceptional in our opinion, the room was nothing special but it was all we needed for a stay near the airport on the final night of our trip. Breakfast was great too, everything you would expect it to have, and the hotel iteself was nice and clean. We also found the shopping centre across the road really handy.

Convenient, cost effective for short stay

For short term stay, the price is very decent. Room is small, but again - for that price, it's very reasonable.

Cleanliness and safety. No one can go to other floor without key card. It makes me feel safer.

Exceptional

Friendly and helpful staff, nice room and great breakfast! This is the best place to stay in San Jose if you are traveling back or to the airport. Staff is great, helped us to save storage our surfboards and got us a nice transfer to the airport.

The lady in the front desk was very kind and attentive, the room was really clean and nice.

Charged me $20 for a shuttle to the airport which turned out to be a private car with no seatbelt. At the airport the driver said he was not paid by the hotel so I coughed up another $20. I messaged the hotel about it and they have not responded.

Good value place close to airport for a short stay.

Very convenient to the airport, a good basic hotel with everything you need for just a quick stopover. Breakfast was complete and had awesome fresh juice!

It was a little more run down than we were expecting from the photos and reviews, but it was our stay was still very good.

It says Marriot but definitely not Marriot quality. They are not able to add my Marriot points, no shuttle service to airport on Sunday. Avg breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

Satisfied, would return if warranted!!

The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming! That's a big deal for me, and I was more than pleased. The breakfast was also pretty good. The selection is small but it's tasty and it filled me up until the evening. It is very clean, has lots of plants and is close to th airport. As a solo female young woman in a foreign country, I felt very safe and at home. It's also very quiet!

I was disappointed to find the room didn't have a fridge, microwave nor a TV. This is room is just to have a safe and clean place to sleep, nothing more. Also, there aren't any nice views. My window faced a parking lot and some construction(that I didn't hear).

They cancelled our booking last min, charged us, refused to refund us. Untrustworthy.

This hotel cancelled on us less that 24hrs before we were due to stay via a message service and then charged us for the stay as we were 'no shows'. We only didn't attend as we were told we could no longer be accommodated. Finding new accommodation last min before we travelled was a real disruption but to have our refund request rejected, and contact with the hotel ignored is extremely unorganised and unprofessional of them. They clearly have lost track of bookings/cancellations/charges and cannot be trusted. Very disappointed.

Very quiet. Eficient check in.

The only minor issue was,I arrived late at night, it was dark outside and not immediately obvious where to go. The door did not open, I had to knock on a side window to get staff's attention. But, as I said it was a minor issue.
