I am happy and satisfied with service and the hotel facility.

Very clean and new. Staffs are accommodating. The location is strategic according to the places I need go. Near shopping malls and dining. There is also “karinderia” if you what to save some money.

Room is too small for a two single bed.

Great Stay and Relaxing

Location is in ortigas and near establishment. Staff are friendly, room are very clean and maintained.

i would stay here again. it’s affordable and conveninent to everything. the staff is frienldy and helpful.

really friendly staff, modern interior, well-lit bathroom and room, spacious and fairly clean

bed comforter smelled like wet mop, bathrooms smelled like it too (even the “fresh” towels).

Location is great!

A lot of ants in the window side & clothing rack which is very irritating. There's no dental kit & slippers provided The bed is not stable that makes a lot of noise everytime you move.

Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center, extremely clean & comfortable .

The Hop-Inn in Ortigas is near the shopping malls. It is 3 to 5 minutes walk from the podium and ten minutes walk to SM Mega Malls. I would like to stay again on my future trip to the Philippines.

Definitely a syperb choice. Budget and facilities wise.

Hop Inn is a minimalist hotel with a superb keen and detail to cleanliness. The bathroom is impeccably clean as well as the room which I always looked for when booking for a place.

I don’t have anything negative to say about this hotel.

Superb

Easy access to Podium, Megamall (less than 10 minute walk) and convenience stores are just downstairs. Laundry shop at the back. Beds are super comfy. Staff are so accommodating. All requests were attended to promptly. They're always helpful. Check-in was fast and easy. All in all, this hotel is good value for money.

It is a budget hotel so with that in mind, you can't really expect 5-star hotel facilities. No negatives for me.

what you see is what you get, really. it was a very good stay. receptionists are very accommodating. guards are very helpful and courteous, they'll assist you even with the small things. the facilities are okay--room, pillows, beddings, CR, etc. Will definitely be back here when I need a place to stay in metro.

no bar ref/kettle in the room. as a coffee and tea lover, I love to have hot drinks at least 2-3 times a day. lol. so during my stay here, I need to go downstairs few times to buy a coffee in a nearby 7-11 (located just right beside the Inn).
