Perfect and peaceful. Will definitely stay again and recommend

Clean and compact. Perfect for solo visit or couple. Quiet and out the way so ideal for some downtime

it is fair compare with the price.

There are enough peripherals for me to cook. The facility itself is kept clean enough. Enterance is nicely controlled by electric key.

Only one set of towels are prepared. One small towel and one big for bath. Towel exchange happens only twice a week. So I bought 2 white small towels for me, but they have been taken when a cleaner switched towels. And only one set of towels are placed again. I complaned to the host and they said those towels will be back within a couple of days, but the towles never come back to me. If you stay here, don't put white towels in bathroom. You will lose them.

It’s alright

After all it’s a great stay in the room, good sizes, nice spaces, comfy bed!

The location is alright but don’t go out at night…. It’s kind of quiet and dark. Car park is good but it’s quite limited. The water in the shower is super hot…..and no hair dryer

Very well decorated, clean and with all the amenities

Studio was advertised for two people with one bed that was supposed to be big enough for two guests. On arrival we had a studio with basically a single bed. It was only for one night but still, was not very comfortable. It was very disappointing and even more when we contacted the property and they basically didn't care. The studio in general was great apart from the bed issue.

It was a night to remember.

I went to see Harry Styles with my friend and it wasn't so far from the stadium, the Uber was cheap & we had a ball afterwards, had a pizza & was just having a laugh. We both loved the room so much & was so sad to leave, we'll deffo be coming back in the future! Thank you for the stay. Thank you for the instructions we found it so helpful.

Everything was perfect, room was too hot but we solved that issue.

Great, highly recommend and would return

Clean, tidy and set out well. Shower was lovely with very warm water. Everything we needed!

Bed was slightly uncomfortable but we are spoilt with a decent mattress!!!!

Would not stay again.

It was quick,

No receipt for the deposit. Goto to room and was set up of one person. Clearly stated two. The place might be new but no way deluxe.

Nice property, warm room and helpful staff

Very supportive staff, helped with every of my requests (fixing a broken tap, providing extra chair, extending accommodation duration) Kitchen with basic utensils was essential for the duration of our stay. Washing and drying machines in the property (which you have to pay extra) were also helpful and avoided us having to leave the property to wash our clothes. New, warm and good looking building

For two people the bed was quite small, but given the size of the room I do understand the compromise. The mattress however was also not very good in my opinion, a bit too bouncy and combining that with its size, one of us was often found almost falling from the bed lol

it was good memory and experience for us.

the room was clean and it was cleaned on every Friday. kitchen appliances enough and in good condition to cook. the location is 15-20 min. away by walk from Coventry University. there are two or more markets near to buy goods&beverages.

the bed was not good as expected and it was small for 2 people. other facilities were good. the room temperature is constant and adjusted from the center. there is no separate A/C in the room.

Great location for my work at the old Ikea Building. Free Parking and the accommodation is clean and comfortable and quiet location so got good nights sleep.

Fantastic value for money!

The property is modern, clean and very well equipped. Great if you are a contractor has very good cooking facilities and on-site laundry that is easy to use via an app. Overall a very good property and great value for money.

Only thing I could say would be the mattress was not firm enough for my liking but I suppose that is personal choice.

Great long stay!

Nice building, free parking, close to city centre. Room had everything you would need. I believe I was the first person to use the room so fortunately it was very clean.

I only have one thing to say, but it should be taken with a pinch of salt as I’m used to staying in 5star hotels. The mattress could be a tad softer, but my solution to this is to add a mattress protector for hygiene purposes as well as an extra layer of softness. Oh and sheets should be change at least once a week.. on long stays

Cleanliness was spot on. Short walk to pub, takeaways, grocery stores, med supplies and much more. Highly recommend if you’re planning a wee stay.
