Exceptional place to stay in. Faultless.

This was a last minute thing after the accomodation I had booked was unacceptably horrible. I booked and was in the property within 20 minutes. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful and it was the easiest transaction. The property is faultless. Exceptionally clean, everything you could need in the kitchen, soaps and personal care products provided, the rooms are beautiful, fresh and clean. Laundry facilities and drying rack. It’s a new, modern space, really beautiful space to stay in. Can’t fault it.

We would like to stay here again but during summer and recommend this very feasible property.

Property was clean and tidy with all the basic amenities. Moreover, the kitchen was fully equipped with induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and oven. And had plenty of utensils and cutlery. Loved the facility of washing machine. We loved the modern look of the property.

Living room has a split aircon and beds were provided with the heating blanket however, it was not enough and comfortable to us. Provision of electric heater would had been better. Moreover, the quality of the blankets and bedsheets were not at par as they made lot of noise while changing sleeping position.

My family of 4 enjoy our stay at the property and town

The description of the property and the actual situation suit my travel needs.

Needs better communication re: how to obtain key to enter the property (eg. send e-mail update just prior to stay for those without local number or auto roam)

No hot water therefore terrible waste of my money

The hot water only facilitated one shower, therefore 3 people missed out on hot showers being such a freezing weekend or any weekend I think this was appalling

Excellent. Met expectations. I would recommend these apartments

Clean!!. Newly refurbished. Appreciated the extra bins for recycle & organics & the well equipped kitchen. Loved having the choice of a "big" pillow & a "flatter" pillow. Host was fabulous. I would stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

The place was very clean and tidy.

As it was a bit windy the fan in the toilet kept making some noise. And the occupants on the upper apartment were putting music on at 1am.

We liked everything about this place.

Good

The stay was pleasant - the apartment is spacious, with full kitchenette, washing machine and clothesline, beds were comfy and shower was good.

When I booked I saw a lot of activities listed and actually thought all these activities are offered within the facilities of the apartment complex, so I was little disappointed when there was nothing around when we arrived, now I gone back to check the descriptions, "off-site" were added in later. There was nothing close by, have to drive to town, not far but across the main road. Also Warrnambool beach is permanently closed according to iPhone Maps, closest beach is Logan Beach.

Superb

Totally renovated inside. Very clean. Housekeeping staff checked daily to see if we needed anything. King size bed.

Outside needs updating to increase visual appeal. I.e. asphalt needs replacing, possibly rendering facade. Bed was exceptionally hard.
