Don’t stay there if it’s prom private owner.

My daughter liked the big window at the front of the caravan. It was good location as it was close to all the shops and petrol station. The shower pressure was very good.

The bedrooms and living area was carpeted but it hasn’t been properly vacuumed ever. On the first evening I vacuumed the carpets as I noticed some hair balls on the carpets. And honestly when I vacuumed the carpets as I finished the vacuum was full with all kinds of human hair. It wasn’t pleasant. The cutlery was oily and not properly washed. The mattresses of the beds were worn out and not comfortable at all. The duvets were worn too. The double duvet stank like it would have been pissed on so we didn’t use it. The tv connection was very poor. From all the available channels we could watch one. The Wi-Fi was ok at good times. Could watch Netflix. The owner forgot to mention that if you want to drive in with a car you need to pay £90 for a family of four for four night stay. And in the description what’s in the caravan it says that you have a washing machine. But actually you don’t. What it means is that on the premises you have shared washroom with dryer and washing machine but you need coins for them. So that’s not the same as washing machine in the caravan is it. So overall very disappointing experience with this caravan rental. Oh and we rented it out for four nights for four people and the owner thought it’s ok that we would have one kitchen towel and two toilet paper rolls. With no bed linen and no shower towels. So we needed to buy all that. Would I stay there again? Definitely no.

amazing! comfortable! and how prices should be for carvans!

it was very clean, the carvan was amazing, we stayed Friday to Monday for my daughters birthday, we’ve just booked again for October! highly recommended ignore all negative reviews!! I was a bit weary after reading them but after staying me and my family enjoyed every minute of it! we’ve just booked for a week!

Cosy caravan

It's very good for the price and the location is very accessible. The owner was very good and quick to respond as the weather's too cold for the summer she sent her cleaner Lyn to get the heaters out. All in all, we had a great time considering the weather.

The carpet has a few dog hairs.

Superb

The caravan was lovely and clean, and the camp was very nice also.

The location is a bit out of way of the attractions. There's also a £30 registration fee for your vehicle. The pub on the camp is expensive.

Location was nice, caravan house was a new experience

One fault I felt is with the heating system. Owner could have informed earlier to turn the heating system on earlier so that the room will be warm enough.

lovely host, good location, slightly dated van, very cold at night. Bring your own bedding and towels.

Good location in the park. Nice hosts. TV and wifi, kitchen was well equipped with everything you need, beds quite comfortable. A good budget option aslong as it’s warm at night.

One of the older vans on site, and is quite dated, subject to condensation and a minor odour, not too bad though. major downside was it was VERY cold of a night- almost unbearable really, host was happy to provide additional heaters, but hard to combat it, we all had to share a bed and pile blankets up. it did have an impact unfortunately and the hosts were gutted when I told them.

Had a family fun weekend

The caravan was clean and comfortable. Host easy to deal with and all information sent as it should.

The only thing that was a problem was the amount of plug sockets. Only one in the living room by the TV and one in the bedroom at the bottom of bed. Other than that it was perfect

Great park and facilities! Shame about the caravan. Disappointing.

The owners were great at communicating beforehand and told us everything we need to know and what to bring. The facilities at the park were brilliant for our children 6 and 8 yrs old. Loved the location of the caravan and site but unfortunately that's where the good news ended.

Unfortunately I messaged the owners to give them chance to rectify things as I didn't want them to lose business but have chosen not to reply to my message. Firstly when we arrived late at night we had to explain to the security guard that we needed to buy our barrier pass in the morning as it was late and luckily he was kind enough to let us through. We arrived we opened the door it was freezing but of course there had been no heating on so that explains it but the owner wanted us to leave windows half open due to condensation!, not going to happen when you have 2 kids at night freezing. We left the fire on for an hour or so to warm up as it was so cold. Went to make the beds and have a look around and the caravan was really dirty!, the same dirty cloth had been used on the cooker as the mirrors and everywhere else as there were dirty streak marks everywhere. Floor was dirty! Curtains needed a wash as there were stains on them, the duvets and pillows provided needed a wash! Luckily had our own with us. The carpets hadn't been hoovered properly. There was dirt and dust on the side cupboards in the bedrooms. In the bathroom there was a bar of soap left in the shower that had genital hair on! Totally unacceptable. The shower didn't work properly it was leaking from the bottom hose so therefore hardly any flow of water from the shower head itself. We turned the fire off when we finally got to bed and we couldn't sleep all night because it was so cold. There was mold and residue on the walls signs of damp and stains. Under the bed where my son was sleeping was duck tape where something had been patched up. The whole caravan needs updating, hasn't been touch in years!. Says cosy but it felt very cold and uninviting. Could do with more soft furnishings and definitely update the heating as the only heat was the fire in the living room. Sorry for the long winded review but I had so much to list.

Expensive couple of days in Rhyl

The caravan was beautiful, extremely comfortable and spotless. The owner was excellent at communication and no problems whatsoever.

When we checked in the receptionist was rude in my opinion, I asked her whereabouts the caravan was and she just said "There's a map there". The barrier pass cost £30 for 2 nights which I thought was disgraceful, we've stayed on nearly every site in Towyn and never paid for the barrier and last of all the camp doesn't even have a shop so you have to walk half a mile to the nearest shop.

Dirty. Hadn’t been cleaned properly. Matress was disgusting with stains all over. What bedding that was supplied smelt old and musty. No washing machine as stated. Shower held together with a ripped plastic bag. Freezer not emptied from previous visitor. Outside furniture was dangerous rusty and full of holes. Only stayed for one night before leaving early.

Great communication from host throughout, everything was ready for our arrival, lovely family location would certainly visit again, a great place to spend a holiday with a lot of entertainment and activities on site for all ages
