Location relatively close to down town within walking distance of most facilities.

The room was very comfortable and quite clean and quiet for a location so close to a main road. Everything was there that we needed. Really liked the property ideal for our stay.

Think the information in the room could be improved a map of where all the eating places around and the nearest supermarket would be helpful along with the nearest laundry facilities would complete the information package.

Fantastic place to stay! Great location. Very cozy!

Loved the area. Very close to everything and off street parking. Very easy to access property with keypads.

Hotter water and maybe outlets near nightstands to plug in phones to charge. But, there were outlets throughout the room we used to charge phones.

静かな住宅街にある。オーロラを見たくてフェアバンクスに来たが、近所に見晴らしのいい公園があって街灯がちょっと邪魔だが素晴らしいオーロラを見られた。バスセンターや街の中心部に近い。施設が新しく綺麗。玄関を入ったところから先は土禁なので日本人の私としては居心地が良かった。コーヒーメーカーがあった。

チェックイン時まだ部屋が整ってなかった。

Would recommend.

Great bed and facilities. Place is very clean and check in process super comfortable and accessible. Bed is very comfortable and room is HUGE. Please note that the place is more of an Airbnb rather than an actualt hotel which took me a bit by surprise. Hotel responds well through Booking.com messanger otherwise there is no one on the premises.

I like that we had our own code to enter the home and room, coffee in the room.

Unable to use closet in the room because love seat was in the way; neighborhood was very noisy with 18 hrs of daylight; it was hot at night and was not made clear that there was not AC in the room only fan and thermostat on wall is a heater not AC.

Very pleased, we will be repeat visitors.

A beautiful property- very spacious- very clean- very well appointed kitchen- comfortable furniture- enjoyed the deck. Liked the contactless check-in and check-out- emailed the codes. I would highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay.

The room was brand new and very well maintained. The hallways looked to be newly carpeted.

The parking area could be improved. There is no air conditioning which at times could be a problem.

The property and the room were nice overall and good for what we needed. it was close to downtown which was also very nice.

No AC, which we understand most places in Fairbanks don’t have AC, but even with the windows fully open and the fan on, the room was constantly near 80, even getting up to 81 at one point. Most of the time the room was 77 degrees or warmer.

Lovely facility with comfortable furnishings and facilities. Beautiful decoration and an excellent personalised locking system. Whilst we never met the hosts, they were very helpful.

Lovely, quaint location. Felt like I was in a hallmark card.

That there was a spot to plug in vehicle.

Bed had sharp wooden corner hidden by comforter. Walked into it…caused bruising. Suggest some type of padding to prevent.

lovely place and close to some facilities.

my room was beautiful and comfortable.

I was with friends who were on the other side of the place so I never got to see them. Toilet paper holder is broken. Not a big deal.

Very Disappointed!

The place was nice and in a nice neighborhood. Soft bedding, laundry facilities, kitchen and spa tub.

The bathroom door was hung crooked and it took two people to close. Once closed we never opened it again. The ceiling fan in the bedroom could not be used because it would hit the posters on the 4 poster bed, there was left over laundry from washing the cleaning rags and bedding. The ceiling fans were filthy, a 1 inch dust strip on both. And the outdoor hot-tub did not exist. The main reason we book this place was for the hot-tub. We planned to soak in it while watching the northern lights. Instead of a hot tub we had broken pieces of glass on the back porch. Very disappointed in this stay because it has so much potential to be a great place. It was supposed to be fully stocked but there was no sugar for coffee, only 2 envelopes of hot chocolate, no ice trays, only enough shampoo for one shower, no laundry detergent. We had to go buy everything.

An absolute Gem. Great location, clean, comfortable, quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants.
